Really easy to connect with. Great staff. Love that you could work out how much space you need before getting the quote. Staff at Craigiburn are really really friendly.
The storage unit is pretty standard. Felt secure and easy to get into and out of

Terrible custom service. Disgusting and unhygienic facility. We have had to throw away 5k worth of belongings + throw away our daughters belongings (who had passed away) due to the fact there was a mouse infestation. According to management people are possibly storing food and there is nothing no one can do about it. They have a after hours phone that won't be answered until customer service opens next buisness day cause the girl simply cannot help you as she's busy .... no rubbish bins to throw away any rubbish. Dead mice everywhere. BUT DONT BOTHER MAKING A COMPLAINT IT WILL TAKE ONE MONTH + for your matter to be taken serious and in the meantime they will clean up their act to make you look like you have been lying. But anyways I know it's a storage unit but if you can go somewhere else and avoid storage king Craigieburn then do it

Friendly staff and the lockers are superb. There is toilet facilities onsite and premises are keep clean. I was impressed with the trolleys to move your belongings as we had a locker on the first floor. 5 stars for me!!
