Reasonably happy with service but very disappointed to be notified of a $10/month price rise after only 4 months of using them.
This may not seem much but disappointment comes after they matched a competitors price, no questions asked, so would expect them to honour that price for at least 12 months!?
Would of stayed with original quote if I knew the price would soon go up.
My advice, lock in a price for a set term.

We have now been with Storage King for 2+ years, they have been fantastic. Gone from small to large and back to small, and back again. They always working with us as our situations change. Fantastic staff and easy loading and unloading stock at storage.

Storage King Beverley has a wide range of options available. I only needed a small space which was difficult to find, but Storage King Beverley had the perfect space for me. Dealing with them has been professional and friendly since the first phone call. The security at the facility is also top notch!

Storage King went out their way to find a solution to suit my needs, they were flexible and very accommodating. The facilities is secure yet I can access my unit with ease. The complementary move in truck was icing on the cake - I will certainly be a return customer.
