Rude customer service by manager All went fine over the phone and in securing my business, I thought they were great. But when I went in to sign papers and drop off the furniture I was treated rudely and everything in my booking seemed wrong. First, no one was there and there was little signage about where to go. Another customer saw me waiting and told me where he saw the manager. I found her on the phone having a smoke out the back. When she saw me she told me I'd have to wait because she's on smoko! Finally I was brought into the office and talked to pretty sharply. When I told her it's not what I imagined, she made it sound like a joke I would think I could drive up to my storage facility - but that's what I was told on the phone I said. Then I was given one that was furthest from any door! When I said I couldn't physically bring everything that far and I would have to cancel, she said I wouldn't get my deposit back that I had paid on the phone! Then when she opened it up it was the wrong size I had booked - far too small. She told me I was lucky to get the price quoted for it. But after checking my customer notes compared to the booking details she was looking at, she started to come around. She found one at the size I had booked near a door which i thanked her for. I guess it's easy enough from now on, but being treated so poorly, and seeing their disorganisation would make me quickly consider using someone else if I need to. There are a few entrances to the facilities where you can drive and park close by which is good, but inside is quite a rabbit warren, although probably common for this kind of thing? Aisles are fairly narrow which I wasn't expecting. They do offer trolleys if you need any.

SEEK ALTERNATIVE I was given wrong quantity of boxes first off. Then given picture boxes that dont fit together and when I took them back I was treated as if I had done something wrong. Very poor customer service. I will travel slighlty further next time to use one of their many competitors. The poor customer service was confirmed when i overheard a phone call to another customer. Short abrasive and abrupt.
