The facilities here are clean and orderly, but the highlight of this place for me is the kindness of the management. Thanks Michael!

Michael and his team provide fantastic, friendly customer service and clean, well-lit facilities. Very professional but with a personal touch.

We rented a storage unit here and when we rented it the guy promised we could send pallets there and they have the facility to position the pallet in our unit I explained we were a furniture company with large boxes and they said it was fine. After a few weeks we sent a pallet and the guy called us saying they cannot accept it and it's simply too large for them! However, I do not remember them saying anything about size limitations when we enquired about the rent. From my original conversation i was under the impression i was renting one of the larger spaces with easier access. Now they refused to accept out delivery there and we have to pay a lot extra to have the items redelivered to another address! It seems understandably that they cannot carry heavy boxes however at no stage was it made clear to us that there was a hall way leading into the unit and that the hall way into the unit was narrow. I received a long winded email explaining how they were the wrong facility for our business. The manager here sent me a photo of the trolley and access from the loading dock. They are not really geared to accept any large boxes. If you wish for them to receive deliveries for you i would suggest that your boxes are on the smaller and lighter side of things and somewhat small.
