Moving home from Sydney to Hunter Region. From enquiry through quotation stages to removal and storage the staff at Raymond Terrace Storage King have been completely professional.
The Manager, Daz, has been particularly efficient and friendly.
Moving house is stressful, it’s been great to deal with people who know what that’s like.
Cannot recommend more highly.

Find another place. Their sign up process is deliberately misleading, insurance has to be opted out of, they will charge you little hidden extras like fumigation. If Storage King was a website, they would infect your computer with malware.

These days, it is not very often (unfortunately) to come across such exemplary customer service as Grant and the team provide. Going above and beyond the whole way, from the quotation process to the very end of lease. Nothing is too much trouble and as a customer, I have felt respected and valued, which isn't something I have felt too often when dealing with other businesses.
I could not recommend Grant and the team highly enough; thank you guys for an outstanding experience!

I have been storing with Storage King for many years, and I am very happy that my equipment especially electrical items are still in very good condition, and I have been able to keep all items safe and secure. I know from personal experience the pain of constant break ins and theft.

This is the 2nd time that I've used Storage King Raymond Terrace. With each time, I've found the staff to be very helpful and considerate of my moving needs.
They offer the use of their trailer "free" for moving in and, of a special note, they openly offered assistance to Raymond Terrace locals who were affected by storm damage during the recent huge storm that hit the area.
Special mention to Brad Reed (store manager) for the running of this effective and efficient business - a great service provided to the local community!
