We are currently using two units at Storage King Salisbury and couldn't be happier! The staff are always friendly and exceptionally helpful! The options available in the 'shop' are fantastic and our units are the exact sizes we needed! Honestly, Storage King Salisbury is exactly what we were looking/hoping for... I would highly recommend them to all friends and family!

A very safe and secure facility and very clean. I experienced exceptional customer service when I first went in to enquire and then again today when I obtained my storage space. In particular, Marc was extremely helpful, very friendly, with no fuss and clear instructions. I recommend Storage King above all other storage facilities. Great service!

Fantastic customer service from a helpful, friendly gentleman named Mark. The size of the unit suits me perfectly and to have the complimentary use of a truck is just an added bonus. Awesome.

Realising on a Saturday that the unit I already had with them wasn't going to fit all our stuff. l rang to get another unit, it was 45 mins before closing and I was an hour away. The very kind Leandra stayed behind in order for me to get there and stay until we done the paperwork. If Leandra didn't go above and beyond that day for me, I would of been on the side of the road with my stuff and nowhere to go. Thank you Leandra for the extra time you stayed behind for me.
The facility is always clean and it is nicely laid out. Staff are the best here, wouldn't have my stuff stored anywhere else.

Always had great dealings with Storage King at Salisbury. We have used their facilities on and off since 2010 and have always had the best service regardless of whether it was for short term or (very long) term rental.

Moving out of our family home we have lived in for 17 years and downsizing meant we had a lot of gear to store whilst deciding where we were going to live.
The friendly staff provided excellent guidance and advice on the size of the shed that would suit our needs. On the day of our move we felt we needed to upsize the shed size. The admn team were able to locate a bigger shed for us in no time. And i really did work out mych better for us in the long run
Great to be able to drop in on a Saturday morning to collect extra packing supplies.
Would definitely recommend others to Storage King Salisbury.
