as of now I am stuck in their car park as no one is answering the phone or the door. google maps says they are open and their office sign says as well. why bother having a phone number set up? please send help

The staff here are great, very friendly and helpful! Every single interaction I had with the team over the 9 months I had a storage account was fantastic - cannot recommend enough. Special thanks to Sebastian for being super helpful :)
Prices are competitive and the facility was modern and well maintained.

From my first contact with the staff at this facility to our final move out I found Aaron, Adam and Nancy to be very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure, they appreciated the difficulties of planning moves around COVID restrictions and provided helpful advice. I highly recommend Storage King St Peters.
