utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

Great service, easy access and clean facilities. I used a storage for 3 months and both the booking and also account closure processes were seamless. Both Ian and Peter were always polite and helpful.
Peter, the store manager, went beyond his call of duty to come rescue our situation and opened the gate for us as we didn’t know they close at 5.30pm with no after hours access. He came within 10 min of us calling up the main line and waited patiently for us to offload two trucks of furniture. Totally recommend their top-notch customer service!
First point of contact was Ian at the St. Leonards location. Excellent phone manners and description of charges. I met "Keely" in person at Storage King 01st July. Her smile and positive attitude was contageous. Clean building and storage facilities. Definitely recommend
The staff is great and the menager of the plce was very helpful getting me set up, the only thing is that this should be a 24/7 service, it's almost all great, expect that you can't access your own stuff outside office hours. If you happen to have a normal job it's really hard to get to the garage in time before it closes! It can't be hard to transition to 24/7: security cameras everywhere, someone watching the monitors and a locked door with a passcode to get into the warehouse. And this would actually be a long term useful service to use!
Was ru. I g late to off load the removalist truck. Storage King close at 5:30. The person who answered the phone said she would stay back. No charge! That’s what I call going the extra yard in customer service.
Was really easy to book online and register online. There was enough parking for me to get the movers drive in and shift all the luggage. The reception was friendly and helped out with all the paperwork. Got a number lock too.
Calvin at the Saint Leonards storage King is a real asset to the company. For several weeks, Calvin has fielded phone calls from me, requesting more information about the dimensions of the storage spaces at that location, and about various services and amenities that I might need to make, the whole moving ordeal, a little easier. At every stage, Calvin took my requests in stride and gave me very helpful information so that I was fully prepared for my move, and the overall experience was smooth and successful.
