utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

Who does this Code apply to?

These standards remain applicable even after the termination of any contractual agreement or engagement between the supplier and Storage King.
Compliance with Laws and this Code
Suppliers are expected to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the countries where they operate, as well as the requirements outlined in this Code. If local regulations differ from our Code, suppliers must adhere to the higher standard. By entering into an agreement or engagement with Storage King, suppliers acknowledge their commitment to meeting the obligations and standards described in this Code.
Ethical Expectations
At Storage King, we emphasize strong corporate governance and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bribery and corruption. Suppliers must comply with applicable laws and regulations related to bribery, corruption, anti-money laundering, and counterterrorism. We expect suppliers to conduct their operations with integrity, refraining from offering or accepting inducements, secret commissions, or bribes.
Data Privacy and Information Security
Respecting privacy and safeguarding personal information is crucial to us. Suppliers are expected to handle personal information with care and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Compliance with Storage King's Privacy Policy ensures the protection and proper use of personal data related to our clients, customers, suppliers, employees, and others.
Conflict of Interest
Storage King is committed to avoiding conflicts of interest, and we expect our suppliers to do the same. Suppliers should actively avoid any conflicts when conducting business with Storage King and promptly report any instances of conflicts of interest. We provide guidance and support for managing reported conflicts of interest to ensure transparency and fairness.
Modern Slavery
Storage King respects human rights and is dedicated to combating modern slavery. Suppliers must comply with modern slavery laws and regulations and assess and mitigate the risks of modern slavery in their operations and supply chains. If instances or allegations of slavery or human rights abuses arise, suppliers are expected to inform Storage King immediately and work collaboratively to address and rectify the situation.
Our Commitment to Health, Safety, and Sustainability
Health, safety, and sustainability are paramount at Storage King. Suppliers must comply with local and national laws and regulations regarding workplace health and safety. Creating a safe and healthy workplace, identifying and managing potential hazards, implementing policies and standards, and providing adequate training are crucial aspects of suppliers' responsibilities.

Supplier and Contractor Compliance System
Storage King is committed to working with Suppliers and Contractors who embrace a culture focused on safety, compliance and sustainability.
Storage King have engaged a company called “Comply Flow” to manage Supplier and Contractor compliance documentation as required by law and company policy.
Suppliers and Contractors who provide goods or services to Storage King are required to join Comply Flow by:
- Registering your Company, and pre-qualifying in Comply Flow by providing the required documentation
- Registering your Workers who undertake work on site at Storage King Premises
