I am very happy about my decision to use Storage King to store my household goods. Conveniently located and i have full access all days. They had options to choose. Completely operated by code system and monitoring by CCTV.
Staff is very helpful and giving full instruction and repeating to verify. One staff member offered to help with registering my ID in mobile phone. It was very kind of her.

This is honestly my first time getting a storage unit and they were very empathetic about my situation. All the ladies are very lovely to talk to and helpful. Only flaw is the new system that they've been dealing with, which I've made so many mistakes trying to sign up & there's been a lot of miscommunications of how to set up everything! But we all got there at the end. Thank you everyone, especially Mel assisting all the way through from the beginning and being very understanding!

I've used Storage King Canning Vale in the past, and when needing to organise a small storage unit I sought quotes from two local self-storage facilities, including Storage King. The quotes were much the same, but I never heard back from the other one, whereas Storage King followed up with me regularly, and kept me informed about the availability of units, as they were in short supply.
When it came time to go ahead and move in, it was all very smooth. They are very professional in their processes, and walked me through entering and leaving and made sure I understood the hours and that I could enter the code correctly.
