The epitome of customer service, customer care, professionalism, attention to detail, and fairness. I can not recommend Storage King Brunswick East ENOUGH for the way Colin, the manager, listened to me and helped calmly problem-solve my storage needs.
The right size unit was worth waiting for (they're a popular location!), they have secure access to the car park and secure roller doors to the premises. There is a lift and trolleys available to help move between floors if you're upatairs.
If it were not for Colin's exemplary attitude then I'd not be storing my most personal items with them.
Colin as Manager leads by example, and sets a high standard for his whole team, and those who I've talked to have been pleasant. His genuine nature and experience is a tonic in the world of Storage, when customers are most likely in transition/flux/depending on a number of chain links to all flow together. Additionally, Colin's professionalism specifically led me to suggest Storage King Hume (ACT) for a friend and the manager there, Jordan, is also due a 5 star review (either from me or my friend who now has a unit there).
In my experience it's rare to not feel "ripped off", or doubtful when it comes to selecting storage, and D-Day it is often a logistical work of art and a big mental load - which I can honestly say, Colin helped alleviate with his forethought, advice, considerate nature, and experience. I could not speak more highly of him, and the business he represents based on the last three months of interactions and last couple of weeks of moving in. I wish that customer service in removal and storage businesses overall was as professional, reliable, warm, honest, and reassuring as the standard set by Storage King Brunswick East. Thank you.

First of all, gotta say Colin and Anthony are absolutely amazing. Always friendly, professional, and ready to help.
I use it for personal and business storage. Definitely one of the better self storage facilities. It's clean with good access making it easy for quick loading and unloading.

Seems secure, looks clean, easy to navigate within the storage many rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful.
4 - stars only because of busy traffic in the elevator when there could have been two. Otherwise good size on the elevator and can fit in a lot in one go.

Best staff I’ve ever encountered.
I’m 47yo been using storage all my life for everything from moving to business and hands down Colin and his crew are second to none!, get rid of this bloke and I’ll move my stuff out.
Deserves a decent pay rise or Storage King east Brunswick becomes devalued.., worth his salt!

Colin and Anthony were absolutely fabulous. Easy to get started. The paperwork process was swift. The building was immaculately clean. Funky music playing in the building. Secure gate and roller door with a keypad for entry. Feels very safe and secure.

Colin Fikiris - manager of the East Brunswick Branch is a legend! He follows up, is solutions oriented and works hard to find the right solution for your needs. As a company that works with many storage and warehousing companies I can confidently say that Colin is a rare gem in a tough and competitive industry. I cant recommend him highly enough. The service is second to none.
Moving can be a stressful time and Colin, the Store Manager, is great at making everything run smoothly and stress free.
The facilities themselves are in excellent condition and anything you might need is available at the store.
I cannot praise them any higher.

Highly recommend Storage King Brunswick East. The facility is new, very clean and easy to access. There is a huge lift that allows you to transfer your big items upstairs if your storage unit is up there. Security is great, there's plenty of CCTV and after hours there is a gate and code to get in.
Pricing is also very reasonable.
Colin the store manager is an angel. He was able to help coordinate and planned to supervise removalists coming from interstate because I was unable to personally be there during business hours. When I got notified that the removalists would be late, Colin offered to stay back after hours to be there to supervise. The offer was so genuine and I really appreciated it. Luckily, I was able to finish work early and be there to supervise so I didn't require him to stay back, but the fact that he was even willing to stay to put my mind at ease was so appreciated. Thank you again Colin for going above and beyond for your customers

I don’t think you can go past Storage King in East Brunswick it’s got it all. Storage King always seem to have promotions so price was great. Going day by day after my initial period ended was perfect.
I can’t say enough about Colin and the guys nothing was too much trouble and how nice it was to be greeted by a happy smiling, helpful team.
I used two of the new external units which worked perfectly. They were clean, well sealed and ventilated. I purchased locks and extras to help with the pack and once my units were packed I came and went as I pleased.
Security was great the site was gated but still accessible.
My movers were very happy with the location, spacious in every way, no wasted time in traffic. I had two big trucks that pulled up alongside my units. No traffic to contend with, off Moreland Road close to everything.
Moving and storage is scary but it wasn’t at all dealing with Storage King East Brunswick.
