Izzy from Coburg was so helpful as I was doing the setup remotely on behalf of a family member. Automated access is fantastic and the facility was clean with great access. Highly recommend.

Excellent facility, very clean and easy to use/navigate, fantastic customer service. The owner helped me get access when I signed up on a Sunday (through a misunderstanding on my end), and my unit was closed and remaining time refunded within a day of cancellation.

10/10 recommend this place, they guys at the front desk are absolute legends. We moved our things in yesterday and it was such a smooth transition thanks to the moving truck hire, undercover loading, plenty of trollies and speedy elevator. We were able to check out unit out after purchasing to ensure the space was big enough and was shown all the important information about the building and our locker. Reasonable pricing and knowing our belongings will be safe and secure is such a great feeling. Thank you again!

Quite a frustrating introduction to the facility. You are not provided with a code for a lock or required to provide a padlock. Rather, you are required to have an account and download an app on your phone that operates the entrance and exit gates as well as the door of the storage unit. In my case, the app didn't work, then it locked due to too many login attempts, then I had to wait whilst the tech guy sorted it all out. All this with me and my movers waiting around. Finally, once I got access to the app and it was set up whilst theoretically it allows me to share it with others so that they can use it to get in and out, my movers found that they couldn't download it so I had to be there with them each time.
A code or a lock would have been simpler and less likely to fail. Oh, once I had a code or a lock I could have just given either to my movers so that I didn't need to be there.

I'm surprised to be impressed by a storage facility.
I was a customer for 5 months whilst renovating.
The facility is clean with no funny smells. It was so easy and secure to enter gates roller doors and my unit as access is via a phone app.
Cheap van hire was a bonus getting and out of storage.
One particular employee made the whole experience very easy.
James was amazingly helpful.
He was always very knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. I felt he always went the extra mile to help his clients. Nothing was too much trouble. He provided a level of service that I did not expect from a storage facility and it certainly was a nice surprise in my renovating experience. I highly recommend Storage King in Coburg North.
