Saw the high score Google reviews so decided to visit this place few weeks ago in a late morning...just before lunch time, we were served by the lady at the Reception. The front office seemed very dark and quiet at the time (sunny outside). I think her name is Cathy. No smiles, no greetings, grumpy as and she made us felt we were bothering her or had interrupted her in the middle of something she was doing. Very robotic and her answers to our questions were short and abrupt. She couldn't care less. She said all prices and info are available on website, and was not interested to elaborate any further on it for us. Ok, but why have a bum on the seat if you just gonna refer walk-in customers to the website. In this digital and online age and to some extent, any walk-in customers do keep in-store employees in their jobs a bit longer because customers can now do everything online without going through a real person in stores. We were new to area so any additional info on how it works, pricing, or even offering to show us an actual unit would have been helpful and appreciated. But Cathy offered none of the above. Well, the company is definitely not getting our money for this level of service she has provided us with. We proceeded to drive down the road and came across the other company -National Storage. The service given by then was excellent, very attentive and totally opposite to what we received from Cathy. The lady over there was also by herself at the time but she put down what she was doing to attend to us. Other Google Reviews show Cathy is capable of providing great service, so we must have caught her on a bad day, unless there was another Cathy working there. We would have have signed up with the Storage King on spot if the service from Cathy was as good as other Google reviews indicated. We ended up signing with National Storage people few doors down.

Highly recommend using this facility. Competitive prices. The team are very friendly and helpful, facility is easy to access and has trolleys and lifts to make moving your belongings very stress-free.

I have just completed a return move from overseas and needed somewhere to store some household goods. The shippers/movers messed me around for months, causing me to change my move-in date with Storage King Robina 4 times. The staff at Storage King have been kind, courteous, and helpful throughout this rather irritating moving experience. Not once was I made to feel like an inconvenience with my constant date changing. Instead, I felt welcome and supported by their customer service.
The facility is clean and secure, with an easy loading area that can accept full-height trucks.
My only improvement request would be the addition of a couple of air circulation fans in the loading area.

We had a very difficult situation to deal with when moving from our home recently and needed a storage facility urgently. Cathy and Jarrod were fantastic with assisting us in securing a storage shed and we could not have been more grateful at such a stressful time. Their kindness and assistance to us that day was wonderful and again today I had Jordan assist me as I had unfortunately lost the key to one of storage sheds. Jordan was so kind in assisting me to find a solution so I could access my storage shed. The staff at this facility are all fantastic and the facility is always clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend Storage King Robina!

My hat goes off to Cathy Wheeler and her team who has provided the best customer experience of any storage business in Queensland. She goes above and beyond to accommodate all customers, great and small! Highly recommended.
My two beautiful wives and I are all very grateful for the service and support offered by Cathy. Now we’ve finally bought a house of our own with enough space for storage

Great facility easy to access. Administration fee wasn't explained to me also I had to ask for a folder and receipt. As I was previously employed in the industry I thought the customer service was rushed.

Thankyou.. the transition from my unit and smaller storage shed into a larger storage shed was carefree absolutely amazing, Cathy has made the whole experience of moving hassle free she is amazing giving me contacts for furniture removals.. it has been stress free which has made my life so much easier in this hard transition period..
Thankyou again Cathy and Thankyou to the rest of the team members..
i highly recommend storage kings Robina…kind friendly amazing team that goes above and beyond to help you with your situation and I got an amazing price for 6mths at half price on half garage size..

Firstly like to say just how awesome the manager and workers are! These ladies are just so nice and welcoming makes you feel like you’re moving your belongings into very safe hands! And secondly I was so impressed with how storage king is super easy to access, you can drive straight it there’s trolleys and a huge lift and super clean area. Very impressed !

Originally tempted by a nearby competitor's price but so glad we opted for Storage King. Customer service was exemplary and a special shout out to Jordan for whom nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Very convenient, good location for us and the truck you can use when you’re moving in made everything a lot easier. The staff we’ve seen are all friendly.
The only thing is we paid 6 months up front and now that we’re past the 6 months every 1-2 months the price goes up by $20. Would be nice if they kept it at the same price for at least a few months or offered to keep it the same for a few months if we paid a lump sum up front again. The good deal when joining definitely didn’t last.

These guys are absolutely amazing! They made our move, and storage needs super easy. Nothing was ever too hard, the team did everything they could get our move done and more.
