Storage King Everton Hills are doing things right. We needed a space for a few months while we helped our 80-year-old parents move. The choice of room sizes was varied and reasonably priced, and the online booking and payment system was very user-friendly and convenient. The staff (e.g., Julie and Cameron) are extremely helpful and friendly and were very understanding and accommodating when the moving plans hit a last-minute snag and we needed an extra week of storage. Thanks team. Bonus points: Julie has a great sense of humour.

Have never used a storage facility previously but found the experience to be very good from the ease of online booking to the contact with the onsite staff to finish up all the paperwork. The range of options was very easy to understand and the available storage capacities were clearly stated and backed up by good guidance as to what could be typically stored in each size. The staff were both pleasant and very professional and went to great lengths to go through all of the briefing regarding using the storage facility. The premises were very clean and well maintained and the subsequent communications I had with the facility were excellent.

I would highly recommend Storage Everton Hills because from the first time I spoke with Sarah, who is so friendly and efficient, my mind was put at rest. She knew all about me before I even mentioned my name because unbeknown to me, my daughter had already made contact her and requested specific storage. When I rang back to confirm things on three other occasions, I was fortunate to meet Julie and Cameron. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Moving houses and during enquiry it was understood that we could book storage for how many days we thought we would need and then get a refund for the days we did not need storage. initially we thought a week would be enough but settlement of new property was unknown so we decided to book for 2 weeks and then cancel if we no longer needed storage. ended up needing another storage unit and was booked straight to the same 2 week as the one before. 2 days later settlement was done and we had to move in, ended up using the storage for 3 days only, when I asked for the refund, I was told that that could not happen as they need 2 weeks cancellation in advance :| . paid for 2 units for 2 weeks and used only for 3 days. if that was clear from the beginning, we probably would have stayed with 2 units for a week and would try to extend if needed. Please ask all the questions always!! would have been a great experience if not for the financial aspect of it.
