The guys at Storage King Fairfield are ‘World Class’. They are totally customer service focused. There isn’t anything these guys don’t know about storage space. They gave us great advice and we got a great storage unit that fits our exact needs. They really know their stuff and helped us out of jam when our removalist CBD Movers let us down badly. Andrew and Wayne went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend you listen to their advice and their recommendation for removalist. Very helpful over the phone explaining how it all works and providing recommendations on what to cover furniture with etc. On moving day, it all went well. The movers were able to unload the truck easily and there were plenty of trolleys to move furniture to my unit. I was able to buy a lock and extra coverings for chairs.

I like the security of the premises but there is one thing I wish I had checked prior to binding myself with the contract. I do not blame anyone but myself for this mistake because I should have checked it for myself. It's not a big thing anyway...
I had just assumed that it was open til later, say 8pm. I do shift work (7 days) and a lot of my shifts leak into the evening. It's not such a big deal, I just have to plan my day a bit differently if I need to visit Stoage King. Again, my own fault for misunderstanding.
Other than this, I really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Storage King Fairfield. They really go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
For example: I purchased a padlock before being shown to my storage unit and was offered a second lock from Wayne - free of charge - upon us finding out the unit had two accessible doors that required padlocks. It's this kind of small stuff that really makes all the difference for me!
I was referred to Storage King Fairfield by a colleague of mine with whom I work on Darebin Rd. I am so glad I considered that recommendation!
