Staff are lovely and friendly nice facility
But what really let's this place down is the website so broken it continues to come up with the wrong price for what I owe and a completely different price for the storage that I have accepted staff say it's a glitch but it's very annoying when heading overseas to know what I'm actually owing when it keeps coming up with multiple random prices... It's just a broken website so reconsidering if this is the place to continue to have my belongings at... I don't want to pay 12 months and not be able to keep track of what I owe.. I'm getting closer to my billing date so I guess we'll see what they charge me..

The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The place is clean and well looked after. Plenty of trolleys of all sizes available to use.
The only downside is that to use the keypad when accessing the loading bay, you have to get out of your car and walk around to the passenger side to put your code in. Not a great idea with Melbourne's weather.
Otherwise, very happy.

We love the convenience of the facility at Lawnton with its hi tech electronic app based keyless functionality. Facility is still fairly new and as such is very clean and ordered. Extended hours of access until 9pm 7 days a week makes it very convenient. The only issue so far is an intermittent mobile phone signal issues on the Optus network. Seems to work better on the Telstra network. As long as you move about you will find a way to get a signal. Just remember to NOT PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN AND FORGET IT or run out of charge as you will get caught out!

The team at Storage King were so friendly and helpful . I could not say enough positive things about my entire moving experience. They put me on to an efficient and capable removalist ( Drew’s Moves) . At the end of the move Andrew of Drews Moves took all the items for storage and packed them meticulously in a Kings Storage unit . The staff there made the “ paperwork “ so easy for me . Clear and simple instructions for access to my unit were given . Such a fantastic setup operated by kind and considerate individuals ..A big thank you to Storage King Geelong !!

Looking for a solution to transport a large fixed projector screen. Hunting everywhere to see if I could get a box that is 270 x 150. Impossible unless you get it custom made. Rang up Storage King at Penrith and explained to Alex my dilemma. She had just received 2 bike boxes, and suggested that I could join them together and maybe this might work. We talked together and came up with a plan. My husband went over and picked up the boxes. Once we wrap the screen carefully, place it in the box, we should be able to transport the screen without any problems. Great help Alex, great customer service and thank you for all your help and assistance. Regards Catherine 🙂 ps my husband said she was the most helpful and pleasant person he had met all week.
