I can’t speak highly enough of Bella at Storage King Tingalpa. She literally saved my proverbial in a last minute 1-hour window of time to get a storage unit that I desperately needed for the moving company as my partner had chosen a different facility with a way too small storage space that only fit half the contents of our home. Bella was kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient, informative, accommodating, relaxed, etc etc etc - all the things one needs in a service person when one is stressed out to the max. Thank you, Bella! Her co-worker Ryan is another champion as later that day I went home and took an Uber to go hire a vehicle and I had forgotten my wallet and they needed not only the front of my license (that thankfully I had a picture of on my phone) but the back of my license too. I didn’t have that so I phoned Storage King and Ryan answered; I told him my dilemma and no problem! - he emailed it to me. What a relief!
Storage King Tingalpa is clean, convenient, plenty of trolleys to use, great lifts/hoists, toilets available, great security system, such a great place to store your belongings. Awesome experience.
