Even though, I have not moved in to Storage King Kilsyth at this stage, this will happen in two weeks. I have been very impressed with the staff and my storage unit; it is tidy, clean, and a good size.
I think, it’s great that Storage King have storage units which are within their building, not outside the building. I am happy to know that, as I do not have a house to go to at the moment, at least I am able to store my furniture somewhere secure and safe.

I went to help move stuff into my daughters storage locker on a Sunday at 4:14pm, and access hours were supposed according to Google are 6am-9pm The roller door was down, access code wouldn't let us in, a wasted trip plus having to load &unload stuff from our cars. Not happy

The staff are friendly and always ready to help.
My only small disappointment is the lack of facilities for shipping container loading
I will have to truck my furniture to another site and load it there when it comes time to move to my new residence.

Not transparent regarding free move in truck details. Large excess on the truck with no option to pay a fee to reduce it. New employee that clearly has not been trained, therefore spent a large amount of time getting storage organised. Clean & very good storage facility

Lovely staff, the check in on the IPad was a disaster though. Very expensive compared to Fort Knox where I have three units. Limited access hours which is why I won’t store long term. Premises are clean .

The storage facility itself is very good, but the access hours are hopeless!
Given the high fees, 24/7 access should be a no brainer!
I'm considering moving my stuff out to another location because the fees just keep going up and the access hours are not improving!
As someone who needs to travel interstate, it is extremely difficult finding a flight schedule to align with having enough time to access the facility, usually I'm out of pocket having to pay more for convenient flight times/extra accommodation nights.
The technology is available (as in other Storage Kings) to use the entry code to open the gate and have access 24/7, so I don't understand why they can't have longer access hours!
If it's because there's an office with glass windows, then get roller shutters!
