Had such a great experience at Storage King Rowville today. Delaney and Madeline were both absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful and so easy to deal with. They explained everything clearly, showed me around and made the whole process of getting my storage unit really simple. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. It’s so nice to come across genuinely good customer service, and these two definitely deserve a mention. Had such a great experience with Alex! She was so bubbly, welcoming and genuinely helpful from the second I walked in. She took the time to show me through the different storage options, gave me heaps of information and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She honestly made me feel like a valued customer and that nothing was too much trouble. Such amazing customer service and a really lovely person to deal with. We had such a lovely experience with Storage King Knoxfield. Kev, the manager, was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we moved in, we didn’t get the chance to use the moving van, so when it came time for us to move out, Kev very kindly offered it to us for free. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole process so much easier. He was genuinely lovely to deal with and made what could have been a stressful move feel really easy. Thank you so much, Kev, we really appreciated all your help and would definitely recommend Storage King Knoxfield.

Flexible options close to home friendly staff excellent experience

This is a very clean facility, with very friendly staff. It has a safe, secure way of entry into the facility, the lifts, and the unit. Great!

Subpar customer service — When I inquired about a garage-sized storage unit for my car and belongings, Merrilyn asked, “You’re not planning on living there, are you?” It was a bizarre and unprofessional thing to say to a customer. She also unnecessarily brought up chasing down the $450 monthly fee—which I had already confirmed was fine, or I wouldn't have signed the lease in the first place. Asking standard questions or signing a lease shouldn't be met with passive-aggressive, hostile remarks or condescension. The customer service here really needs improvement.

Nice service . excellent place. As a returned customer, highly recommended. Store manager Swan is a great person. Sometimes there is no parking space, he will always find a spot for customer.
