The customer service of the front desk here is exceptional. I accidentally arrived (with a moving truck full of our business belongings) too early not knowing the office wouldn’t be open yet. The lady opened early just to help me, and was amazing despite me disturbing her morning. I was so grateful for her.

Honestly, Storage King Acacia Ridge was a heaven-sent answer to our prayers! We were unexpectedly asked to leave our temporary rental on 29 June, just days before moving into our new rental on 1 July. Since we couldn't move our things into the new house early, we were so stressed about where to put all our furniture and belongings. Luckily, I found their $1 first-month promo on 29 June, and the timing couldn't have been better! Registration was quick and easy, and everything was ready almost instantly. We just went to the branch, filled out the form, got the key, and we were good to go. Even when our new lease was moved to 3 July, it didn't matter because our $1 storage was good for the whole month! 😊 The manager at Acacia Ridge was also very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was convenient, easy and hassle-free. Definitely 5 stars for the service! Highly recommended! ❤️

The service is great. It was fast and very easy. The price is reasonably cheaper compared to national storage.

We have had two storage units at the neerabup location now, they are so good here great to just go in and out as you please within the open times. the lady at the front desk is so lovely to chat to and all the staff have been so friendly and helpful. Thank you

The Storage King staff made my car storage so easy. Helped me over the phone and then onsite; showed me the space, worked through using the code and even gave me a bottle of cold water on a very hot day.

Michael and Libby and Matt have been soo welcoming and willing to assist in me in this new process of utilising storage From first contact to committing and signing up they have made lifechanging move into efficient and seemless experience They are blessed with good humour and generous spirits and willingness to help and support whereever possible I chose the Rozelle Facility over closer local options because it was cleaner and better maintained and therefore very competently managed and staffed I could not recommend a better alternative.....
