The manager, Paul, was excellent to deal with. Responsive to email and phone messages. Sign up was smooth. Ending the contract was easy. Facility is clean and has trolleys and a lift. Well managed storage option!

Amazingly state-of-art facility with 24hrs access using a great app which is versatile and user friendly. The staff are superb, always happy to give clear information and help make your experience as smooth as possible. Particularly Luke who has been exceptionally helpful and personable. The prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for a place to store your belongings, I highly recommend Storage King in Kings Park. The staff here are all super friendly, especially Stephen. He really went above and beyond for me during a difficult time and was very understanding when I accidentally set off the alarm when I first accessed my unit on my own and completely forgot when I needed to enter my code and when I didn’t. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m very grateful for the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing storage. Thank you Stephen and to all of the staff at Storage King Kings Park

The front office staff was very helpful and easy to talk to and also recommended a good mover for me.

The manager Steve is very helpful and friendly. Compared to others the monthly rental is affordable as per the space you require.One great advantage is the store area is well litted and you can attend to your work accordingly you are not in the dark.Hospitality for customers are good in the terms of offering a bottle of water free if needed.

Steve is an absolute legend, incredible customer service and professionalism. The units are also well priced and easily accessible. This was our first time using self storage and I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

Dan is incredible and a true asset to the business. As anyone who has moved house knows, it can be very stressful and tiring. Dan was exceptionally helpful and responsive, which I greatly appreciated given how exhausting the moving process was. I would definitely come back for a storage unit in the future.

Staff at Storage King Cranbourne were extremely helpful from assistance with choosing the right size Storeage unit required, getting insurance and then having all the different size packing boxes, tape, bubble wrap all on site. Premises has security. Always clean.

We had an excellent experience with manager Paul. He helped us out on moving day when the removalists we'd booked didn't bother to show up, after rescheduling three times during the day. Paul called another removals company for us and was able to arrange for them to come the next day, which is amazing. Many thanks Paul. Highly recommend storage king mitchell.
