I never leave reviews, But today I have had the most compassionate service and understanding by two woman at storage kings, Darlington. Kate and Ynya went above and beyond in helping me. The patience and commitment to help support me in a most difficult and vulnerable time was effortless, Phenomenal and so friendly and professional. Not only was i welcomed with kindness and happy faces but I left feeling a lot less stressed and smiling. I highly recommend dealings with either both women and there is no number I can put on the rating. They have blown my idea of customer service right out the door. Thank you to both Kate and Ynya for making the process easy, compassionate and full of so much kindness. You are absolute rock stars.

With alot of uncertainty surrounding my move, not knowing exactly how much i would need to store, I was very stressed about the whole ordeal. Taylor and Kym, at Cranbourne, handled the situation amazingly, from setting me up with the most economical solution, to reassuring me that we could add more storage on the day should we need, to ensuring i had furniture covers and a security lock. They were kind, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

All the employees have outstanding customer service. Very refreshing. Spoke with a lovely guy named Shaun who was more than happy to help me with a few different things. If there were more ppl out there with the same positive attitude in customer service, the world would be a much better place lol. Give shaun a bloody raise will ya.

Well the units are clean and the areas around the sheds is very neat and easy to navigate your vehicle around to the shed of your choice.

Great setup, super helpful staff and convenient location means we've used Storage King at Tingalpa twice when moving house and then when doing reno's - and both times it's been spot on.

Fantastic customer service from both Stephen and Wayne. Stephen was very prompt with his initial follow up and he and Wayne made this a very enjoyable experience for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them and Storage King Kambah - they certainly deserve 5 stars if not more!
