Steve went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs and I had multiple things related that were happening that I needed to coordinate that were messed up, then messed up my arrangements for a couple of days. Steve was super accommodating and understanding!!! Thanks so much Steve!!

The entire experience at Storage King Tullamarine was pleasant and generally seamless. I had filled in all the necessary information before coming, which was mostly smooth except for the name part. Hence, when I came, the name part had to be sorted out but other than that, all was good. Both Angela and Jennifer were superb.

Libby called me 10 minutes after I made the inquiry online and answered all of my questions and produced amazing customer service over the phone. Tyler, assisted me when I arrived at the facility and guided me throughly on the whole process and made it extremely smooth for me. In terms of security of my things it’s well protected and they educated me on everything.
Recommend this facility to anyone that needs their things stored and protected.
