The two ladies I dealt with at the crestmead site were absolutely wonderful. Helped me pick the right size storage unit for me and now that I finally have most of my things out of storage I downgraded to a locker for the less used item for a really good price. Keep up the good work ladies.

I have booked storage space with Storage King Acacia Ridge recently to store garage content during repairs. Brad was helpful in answering my questions. Easy access to storage space. Trolleys available to help move boxes. They had a promotion $1 for first month, complementary insurance for first month too.

The $1 a month git me in to start with however I have found it to be easy and straight forward and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful

I ran Joyn Huges panel and paint shop/smash repairs shop for 15 years,75 guys and know how hard it is to manage a business,the reason I’m sharing this is my first and most important thing is presentation and cleanses,a business with no sign is no sign for business,your king storage place in Ellenbrook is where my gear is stored,my eye and detail in any business I take mental notes straight away, From the first phone call,very prompt and extremely clear with the professional information and details exsplained ,the veiw and meet n greet at a time of 4.45 fifteen minutes before home time for Beck was delivered with smiles ,a welcoming gesture that she was aiming to do her job at the highest level and endeavor to make the time in showing me and my lady the inner / outter surrounding,touch. Pad codes and the location ,in fairness in the 15 mins her freindly happy aura and demina was well acknowledged and respected,having someone representing your business like this is a huge credit to your business,every ceo screams for the first impression as it reflects on the hole buissnance,the other two women that I’ve forgotten there names are equally amazing and earth Angel ,always happy,s o in theory!!!only women that I saw at this business is just like Charleys angels ,and the complete cleanliness inside to outside states and shows a high level of professionalism and attention to detail,I’m very happy and grateful,sincerely Phill Adamson

A big thankyou to Simmone Miller and the team at Storge King Pialba Hervey Bay. They took care of our belongings for 2 months after the sale of our property why we were in between houses. I found them to be very friendly, polite and courteous at all times and only to happy to answer any questions we might of had. The storage unit we had was clean and tidy and in excellent condition inside a very secure premises that is gated with coded access which gave us peace of mind know our belongings were safe. Exceptional customer service! - I cannot genuinely speak highly enough of this front desk team. I’m calling out Matt as a particular stand out. Every interaction with this team - and esp Matt - in last 4 years has been incredibly responsive. Without hesitation, they will help regardless; simple trivial issues or more complicated storage issues. What impresses me is that they don’t just point you in the direction of a solution, they’ll get out from behind the desk and work alongside you until problem solved. These guys are the best!
