This is our first experience with a storage unit. Quite overwhelming when I Googled storage facilities on the northside but after a phone call with Luke, I didn't look any further; all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Luke showed us through the facility, we chose a unit and then he helped us through the process using the app to enter the facility and our unit. All went very smoothly. I love Storage King Brenda's. It's all fully automated through their app. It's super easy to use and navigate. I honestly can't say a single bad word about this place.
