Shaun Smith is a champion! He makes the whole experience a smooth transition. One very patient person too. He explains the step by step getting in and out of my unit.. without setting the alarm off or getting lost in the maze or labyrinth .. 😬
The only scary part is where my storage unit is, it’s on the 2nd level and in a far corner. And the lights comes on when the sensor picks up movement. The cracking sound of the ceiling and things makes it scarier! Imagine some one got lost in tis labyrinth for decades and not find his/her way out 😉.

Executor of Deceased Estate
The team at Storage King Dee Why have been beyond incredible! Had a very challenging deceased estate situation and they went above and beyond to assist with the storage units, especially when I required one at very short notice. I have now held 3 units at this one location. The security and access and communication is fantastic and the team are always so friendly and welcoming when you pop into their office. HIGHLY recommend.

Had such a great experience at Storage King Rowville today. Delaney and Madeline were both absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful and so easy to deal with.
They explained everything clearly, showed me around and made the whole process of getting my storage unit really simple. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything.
It’s so nice to come across genuinely good customer service, and these two definitely deserve a mention. I left feeling really happy with my choice and would absolutely recommend Storage King Rowville to anyone looking for storage.

The lady that was working on Saturday was so helpful I had spoken with a couple of people and was planning on starting the move this week but 2 friends came Saturday and I called and spoke with her (I do apologise but forgot her name)while they were on the way there and she helped me set everything up and they were able to get the first drop off done very quickly and I can keep going forward to getting the rest done.
