I've had nothing but positive experience with the staff at Storage King. Both Ynyr and Kate have been super helpful and friendly, and init storage was thoroughly explained to me on my first visit.

I cannot thank the team at Storage King Kirrawee enough, but a massive shout-out has to go to Tahlia. I was dealing with an incredibly stressful situation involving a highly unreliable removalist, and Tahlia was an absolute lifesaver. She spoke with me several times throughout the day, was professional, genuinely understanding, and took immediate action to help. At my request, she changed my gate access code straight away, giving me peace of mind during a very difficult situation. She and the team also saved the day by recommending a moving company through their concierge service. The new movers had my storage unit emptied within 12 hours of my call, which was exactly what I needed after everything that had happened. When they arrived, the Storage King team met them, directed them straight to my unit, and even reminded them to take extra care with my fragile computer monitors. That level of attention and customer care is something you don’t come across very often. Beyond the amazing customer service, the facility itself is excellent. It was incredibly easy to access. I signed up online on a public holiday and had access the very next day without needing to speak to anyone, which was a huge help when I needed to move items out of my rental urgently. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The only flaw? The vending machine options! They may have restocked it by now (I hope so), but I somehow managed to buy up all the Sprite Zeros during my visits, and there were none left by my last trip 😭 Jokes aside, if you’re looking for a secure, well-run storage facility with a team that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further. Tahlia is an absolute asset to Storage King. Thank you again for everything!

We like the staff and that the facility is new and clean. It is also well situated being close to Bunnings and Woolworths so we can combine storage with shopping!

I have great experience from having my gear kept here and the managers great people and always felt that my gear was secure and safe would recommend to anyone looking to keep anything safe here

I've been using a few of there storage units for about a year now and well, can i say i'd live here if i could x. Storage King Tingalpa were fantastic from the first phone call to finalising my time using their facility. The manager, Bella, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She had a way of making me feel incredibly supported at my most vulnerable time of becoming homeless with my babies. I received EXCELLENT customer service from every staff member I encountered. The facility was also clean and well organised, with extended access hours.

We’ve recently rented a unit as we’re moving houses and the process to book and organise has been so easy with Storage King Coomera. Each time I’ve had a query whether by phone or in person every interaction has been so pleasant and helpful. As I am unfortunately measurement challenged, I stupidly booked a unit that could only fit a qtr of our things (oops). I was so lucky to be helped by either Bec or Leanne (I’m so sorry we can’t recall - though everyone here is amazing), who quickly helped us move into a bigger spot for a really great deal all done within minutes. It’s just so nice to be met with such great customer service, especially when you’re going through one of the most stressful life events (moving). As for the units themselves, well they’re great, clean, secure, safe and amazing deals and promotions always happening. But without a doubt the staff here are what make this place 👌
