I have stored at Storage King Mildura for over 3 years and have had nothing but exceptional service from Kat and the facility staff.

I just set up a storage unit for the Robina location and had the most seamless experience thanks to their centralized customer care team! I spoke with Una at the Melbourne call centre, who helped me lock in the fantastic $1 first-month deal for Robina. She was a real delight to chat with—incredibly polite, patient, and provided highly detailed, helpful info. Una's excellent phone manner and stellar customer service completely took the stress out of my move. I truly hope management passes this praise along to her and her department! Thanks Una.

Jason and Phil were super professional and accommodating, with great advice and letting us know about the rental of the vehicle, which was invaluable when clearing out our unit. The whole experience was excellent - very clean storage unit and easy access onto site after hours. We would actively seek to use Storage King Heidelberg West again in the future for our storage needs.

The storage units and whole complex is very clean and climate controlled. Cameron has been a great help. I have stored my belongings many times in various storage facilities and this one is by far the best. One storage unit I had many years ago gave my bed mattress bed bugs!

Great place to store your goods, very secure and clean premises. Staff have always been helpful and they have everything you would need for moving. The staff have always been watchful. Would highly recommend!

The experience from start to finish was easy and I continually encountered friendly service. When booking the unit (centralised booking) I was made aware of a better priced option that was available to me and tbh I thought the location wasn’t going to be good based on the deal value! On arrival/ check in I couldn’t have been happier; the unit was easily accessible, clean, well lit and I was led to the unit like a guest in a 5 star hotel! Subsequent access to the unit was easy, even during out of office hours. Security felt good too. Finalisation of the account was also met with absolute politeness even though we only had the unit for a short time. Rarely do you encounter service like this these days. Well done Storage King Belconnen!
