I could not recommend Storage King highly enough. The facility was modern, clean and well maintained. Our Storage room was competitively priced and was the perfect solution to keep our valuables. 100% safe with digital app access. Vehicle access was straightforward. On top of the above, the staff were incredibly helpful via email and l when we needed basic tools for disassembling furniture. Will always choose Storage King as #1.

It was convenient, they had a cheap offer.
What was bad was, although our last day fell on the weekend and when we went to collect it, we were locked out. And no one was reachable over the weekend which caused a lot of inconvenience. Next Monday they did allow us to collect, but we had to pay for an extra day. They did give us a free courtesy van for the items though, so I didn't have to pay the movers again (they were to pickup on the weekend). So beware that even if you inform them you are taking things out on a Saturday, they won't be around and you will be locked out.

The staff are amazing at thomastown really helpful. I chose to back to there after a positive experience last time with Karen. The girls were really helpful. My only gripe is that I didn't realise when asking for larger storage that their was no lift. I knew a now lift was installed but at a different building. I can access it but it is going thru other buildings. This is the only downside as I have a medical condition that is not stair friendly so won't use unless someone is in office or I bring someone with me.
