Good customer service but a little overpriced

Organised storage south Queensland, we live in WA and the whole process seemed pretty straight forward. Half price for first month ok at 160, but future months to come a bit steep.

It was a good cheep place to keep my stuff. You were very helpfull when it was time to move out.

The facility (at Epping) Manager Tyler was very warm and welcoming and he explained everything in detail and helped us in a very professional manner. we had a very smooth on boarding.

Tricia was great giving me suggestions on the size of storage unit that I needed prior to my signing up. Then on the 30th she gave me a tour so I understood where my unit was and explained the access via Duffy Street.

Quentin and his colleagues are friendly, helpful and accommodating. They give recommendations and instructions clearly. They have neat and tidy storage. The storage space offered to us are physically bigger than other spaces we were offered in other Storage King branches and other storage companies around Sydney, so kudos to Storage King - Frenchs Forest. Not to mention, the price of our space is affordable which you get a smaller one of a similar price in other companies. Availed of the $1/first month, which really helped us save, while we’re moving houses that’s already costly. Space wasn’t hard to find. Ask about their good deal for their van, sooo good! not something you get from other Storage King.
