Had my storage shed for almost 2yrs at Hervey Bay storage facility. The management and staff were always friendly and kind and the facility was very tidy pest controlled and easy accessible. I was alittle concerned to find out that the facility wasn’t climate controlled with the humidity in Hervey Bay but after almost 2yrs my stuff was perfect no damage perfectly safe..If I ever need to put my stuff back into storage I know I will chose storage kings again..

It was such an easy process form beginning to end. Michelle in the office was great, the prices were good and it was just so convenient. The little extras like being able to buy your lock, or packing boxes or bags right there and the option to hire their van at super low rates make it stand out from the rest.

The ladies are so wonderful, they really look after you and give you all the information you need before you even think of a question. From the moment we set foot in the door it was a wonderful experience.

We never got the chance to actually utilise Storage King Wodonga’s storage unit because we had to cancel. But leading up to booking our storage unit organising a lock for it and all of this was done in another state was seamless and then when it came to actually having to cancel our storage unit because we had already acquired a property and had no longer a need for Storage once again the whole process was seamless. This is a very professional organisation staffed and run by professional professionals.

Both staff members that I met were friendly & helpful. The facility itself was clean & there was a good range of items available in the shop to assist packing & storage. The large trolley & lift made moving my goods into my unit easy.

I used storage king be for with house hold goods and our caravan but went on a 4 month trip so cancelled the van spot rang a couple of weeks before we got back and was told no spots for vans anymore 1 spot for a car which was in there at the time when I got back home I looked around for storage couldn’t find anything that would suit so I went down to Capalaba and was greeted buy Megan who was working there that day from Clevland just gotta say what a pleasure it was to talk to her pleasant and very happy to talk to I told her what I was told and she told me that there were 3 spots for vans so I took 1 spot for long term storage she knows her job as for the guy who told me no spots well what can I say but thank you Megan and storage king cheers Ron

Manager and staff are friendly and flexible. They work with you to corver the appropriate storage for your needs and don't try to up size if it is unecessary.

Unit is good quality, was clean: The only downside is the opening hours. Currently moving and multiple times have gotten the stuff to the area too late to put directly in storage, but have to take later
