I submitted an application within the past week and received phone calls and messages from the lovely team, I just signed up today with the amazing help from Lynette ( hoping I’ve spelt that correctly) and today went in to secure my storage shed, and from the phone calls and to walking in, was greeted amazingly and helped in such a great way, when life throws curve balls, it’s beautiful to have a team to ease the process, and Tina and Lynette absolutely did that.
I have just joined and am so happy with the experience, a part of me will feel sad when I leave.

Would use Storage King again in a heartbeat. Super quick and easy to set up, and just as easy to cancel.
I had a hectic week, emptied my unit, and completely forgot to notify them, but they reached out straight away after noticing it was empty and unlocked. Really appreciated that level of care and attention.
The team was kind and helpful throughout, and I loved the option to dispose of items for a small fee.

We had a great experience with Storage King Virginia, the whole time we were there. There were no access issues and customer service was excellent
Lifts to the other floors are large, so you can fit a massive amount of items in to transport to whichever floor you are on.
The facility is easy to access, being on a main arterial road on the north side of Brisbane.
Overall very happy, and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Shane, the store manager, is a real gentleman, and I really appreciate his helpful attitude. I do wish, though, that some customers would be a bit more considerate and not take advantage of that by using the storage units like a private warehouse. It can be a little frustrating not knowing whether a trolley will be available when I visit. That said, the storage service overall is excellent.
