Had such a great experience at Storage King Rowville today. Delaney and Madeline were both absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful and so easy to deal with.
They explained everything clearly, showed me around and made the whole process of getting my storage unit really simple. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything.
It’s so nice to come across genuinely good customer service, and these two definitely deserve a mention. I left feeling really happy with my choice and would absolutely recommend Storage King Rowville to anyone looking for storage.
Thanks Delaney and Madeline, you were both amazing! ❤️

The lady that was working on Saturday was so helpful I had spoken with a couple of people and was planning on starting the move this week but 2 friends came Saturday and I called and spoke with her (I do apologise but forgot her name)while they were on the way there and she helped me set everything up and they were able to get the first drop off done very quickly and I can keep going forward to getting the rest done. So big thank you ☺️

I’ve never had a storage unit before, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Leanne made the whole process so easy from the beginning.
I wasn’t sure what size unit I would need and I was also a little worried about the access times, but Leanne was incredibly helpful, took the time to understand what I needed and recommended an option that suited me perfectly.
I really appreciate the friendly and genuine customer service, especially these days when so much is done online and you don’t always get that personal touch.

I used this place between moves. I didn’t know what to expect having never used a storage facility but the customer service was 10/10 every time and the staff could never seem to do enough to help. Place was clean and secure, I felt safe there and felt my things were safe there. Was super easy to access. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!
