Loved the customer service at Storage Kings Penrith! I used a storage unit here for 8 months, price wise it was a dream and had nothing but wonderful experiences with staff and a few left long lasting positive impressions on me when organising my unit and also closing my unit.
Big thanks to Alex who helped me with closing my account, its so nice to have an experience thats easy to navigate. If i ever need a storage unit again i will definitely return to Storage Kings Penrith!

I had 6 crates/boxes a cane chair and 2 large photos to store for a short period of time until they were collected. My situation was unique due to unfortunate circumstances. But David Benson was excellent. He was professional and very particular about every detail. After the items were collected, I received a message from Storage King to inform me they were collected. It would be so much easier if every business was as efficient as Storage King, Virginia. Thank you.

Service, staff, and facilities are all great.
However, I turned up on my third visit to my storage unit only to find another padlock on the door. I called the duty manager who came up and removed it, but no reason as to why it had been put on. When we opened the roller door, I noticed that it was warping as it reached the top, and there were “dings” on the door as if it had been run into with a pallet jack or similar.
The duty manager did offer me another unit, however, I had too many boxes already in the unit, so declined his offer.
I’m just wondering why I wasn’t contacted when the extra padlock was put on.
