Libby called me 10 minutes after I made the inquiry online and answered all of my questions and produced amazing customer service over the phone. Tyler, assisted me when I arrived at the facility and guided me throughly on the whole process and made it extremely smooth for me. In terms of security of my things it’s well protected and they educated me on everything.
Recommend this facility to anyone that needs their things stored and protected.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Katrina over the last few days, her customer service was outstanding, we really appreciate her kindness as the other larger man that works there was rude, dismissive, yelled at us and was speaking about customers at the front counter ' These people won't be getting their stuff back hahahahhaha' he needs retraining or to find a new job, Katrina thank you!
