I've been using a few of there storage units for about a year now and well, can i say i'd live here if i could x. We’ve recently rented a unit as we’re moving houses and the process to book and organise has been so easy with Storage King Coomera. Each time I’ve had a query whether by phone or in person every interaction has been so pleasant and helpful. As I am unfortunately measurement challenged, I stupidly booked a unit that could only fit a qtr of our things (oops). I was so lucky to be helped by either Bec or Leanne (I’m so sorry we can’t recall - though everyone here is amazing), who quickly helped us move into a bigger spot for a really great deal all done within minutes. It’s just so nice to be met with such great customer service, especially when you’re going through one of the most stressful life events (moving). As for the units themselves, well they’re great, clean, secure, safe and amazing deals and promotions always happening. But without a doubt the staff here are what make this place 👌
