1st time needing storage and Johnny made the process quick and easy. From the moment we arrived to view the storage sizes we were greeted with a warm smile and felt that he really took the time to understand what we needed storage for. Johnny really helped us decide which storage size would be more beneficial for us and we were very fortunate be able to store our belongings that same day. We even had the convenience of using their trailer free of charge. 100% recommend!!

He even helped carry the boxes to my vehicle.

I am very impressed with the service we've received from Johnny and Peta at this establishment.
The rates are comparable, and we were fortunate enough to obtain a special rate during a promotion. At the last moment, we required an additional unit, which was added to the promotion even though it had just finished.
The establishment is clean, has a rest room, and double security for units. Two stories of units.
Can't speak highly enough to represent my experience.

Hello. My husband and I are seniors and we have lived in our little cottage for nearly 22 years. Over that time we accrued many possessions , many many possessions !
We considered a number of options to move, store and then move out of storage those possessions which are dear to us. As you imagine each item has our history and our memories attached. Other companies and options were considered then we had a death in the family. We were overwhelmed. To alleviate some pressure we turned to Storage King. Raj and Johnny at Redland Plains organised the amazing removalists from Max Care. They were courteous and efficient the truck was perfect size and they stored our goods perfectly
Johnmy reassured us of the correct capacity. When we visited our goods are packed to the ceiling and about 10 imches in from the rler doors ! initially spoke to Raj at head office and he very patiently took us through the process. We are so grateful to Raj Johnny and removalist Reece and Daniel. Efficient caring respectful,clean and most economical Storage. Thank you everyone ! Top marks
