The light light above my unit goes out every 4 mins ...i have to walk down to where the sensor light is to activate the light to come on above my unit ... EVERY 4 MINITES ...please fix this ... .
Godwin said they've all been recently redone and he couldnt do anything, i did ask him if he would report this as the contractors obviously haven't checked them adequately.
My first contact at the DY King Storage was a woman, think her name was Megan ...began with a M ....she was excellent, very helpful and friendly.
When the sensor light is fixed I'll be a very happy customer, and give 5 stars.

We have rented from SK several times over the past few years during unsettling times for us. Especially when we were nearly homeless during March 2022 floods. We needed somewhere to put our belongings quick. Then again when we were forced to renovate after insurance dropped our claim twice and left us with a huge task. These guys have always been so helpful and now this last incident, they have become like family. Thanks for still having a caring heart that is lacking in our society these days.

Amazing staff! I called at 4.45pm on Friday and asked if I would be able to make a purchase at 5.05pm as I was stuck in traffic and they closed at 5pm. Godwin(hopefully that is correct) mentioned he would wait for me - he kept the store open until 5.20pm and assisted me with my purchase to the car. Super super grateful! Friendly and went above and beyond
