utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

I would really like to extend a massive thanks to the store manager for assisting on the day. The signup was easy and showed me around the facility. I would highly recommend choosing this site over others and directly speaking with the team if you need storage.
The staff did their best at this facility and went out of their way to Help organise moving the contents of my unit even know I did wrong . Totally amazing!

The whole excerise of obtaining a storage unit, gaining access, and actual use (putting the possessions into storage) was really easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The place is very secure and safe.
When I had a driveway and hardstand area suddenly unavailable due to a E neighbouring property having renovations,
Lynette was excellent in finding us multiple vehicle bays, including double length ones so trailers didn't have to be removed from trucks.

Staff are helpful, facility is clean and well maintained and the storage itself is easy to access, with everything you need (lift, trolleys, etc). Probably the best value storage facility I've come across in a while...which is why I signed up for 12 months off straight away.
A huge shout out to Lynette who went above and beyond for a friend going through a tough time. She stayed late to help us and offered us cold bottles of water to keep us cool on a very hot day. I would come back for any storage needs of my own.

So glad we chose Storage King O Conner to store the entire contents of our home. They were organised, professional and reassuring at a stressful time. We did not have a smooth transition during the sale of our house because of buyers that were contracted to be cash purchasers when it became evident they were not a few months later. As a result we had a delayed settlement that eventually went through but in the interim the telephone staff at the storage facility were sympathetic to our predicament and knowledgeable with their advice as to how we would not lose what we had booked, by being flexible with unit availability and payment options. The actual storage facility is clean and secure and we feel very comfortable leaving all our furniture locked up here for a fairly long period of time. In the past we have used a more expensive one stop shop packing and storage company but this time coupled with a fantastic Removalist guy , and what storage king offered we feel we had a a better and more stream lined day of settlement. Moving is generally a very stressful experience for most people. Surrounding yourself with proficient resources is essential to prevent you from going insane.
Love them great new premises easy in & out hospitable staff well stocked for boxes bubble wrap everything you need for short or long term storage plus great connections with a fantastic removal company!
