The staff were very helpful and understanding of my situation. They explained how the process worked. I am especially grateful to the store manager Christine who looked after me in a very stressful situation. Can not thank her enough. Very professional, caring and understaning.

Not Recommended
They are rude and don’t care about your situation, I had an incident at work, so I was of work due to that, they didn’t care about my situation but always demanded there money or payments I did call them on Friday asking for some kind of arrangement but they are not understanding they don’t care if I have valuable things memory of my child, I’m a single mother and that’s all I have in that storage.. Angry and disappointed at this storage place and I will continue to fight for my things.. I pray to God that there not gone..

Brand new storage facilities in Truganina. Specious inside and the entrance; lots of lights inside as well. Customer service is excellent; helpful and friendly.
