After nearly 6 years of care by the amazing staff at Jindalee, I had to say goodbye. Can't thank you guys enough for the care, help and kindness you showed me. If I ever need storage again, I will be back. Spotlessly clean, never floods, top staff, awesome van for customers to use. Old school customer service gets 10 🌟. Thanks guys.

Friendly service great location

We used their storage service for nearly a year and had a great experience. "Manning and the team" were always friendly and very helpful throughout the whole time. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access seven days a week. Communication was excellent whenever there were any temporary access interruptions. There were plenty of trolleys available, and a truck could also be used if needed during the moving and storage process. Overall, the service was excellent, and we would definitely use them again if we need storage in the future. Highly recommended!

Storage King at Brendale uses a keyless phone app for tenants to access their storage units. Normally, anything to do with technology would ring alarm bells for me, but Luke and Ritnesh have been so supportive, helping me to download the app onto my phone and making sure I am comfortable with it. This helpful attitude goes beyond entry and exit to the units.

Up to date facilities, all access through your phone. Very quick and easy. Underground carpark with good height access for trucks. Cannot give enough thanks to the staff with me on the day. Showed me around, explained the app, operated the fork for me to unload. Thanks to the team at Gregory Storage King

I recently moved out of my unit and couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Storage King Fyshwick. A massive thank you to all the staff for their outstanding customer service! They were patient, accommodating, and always prompt in replying to my emails. They even provided a complimentary moving van, which was so helpful for moving my large items. Even when I had some questions and needed to adjust the van booking details, they replied the emails really patiently. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for great storage and truly caring staff!

The booking process was incredibly quick and efficient, but what really stood out was how consumer-focused the team is. The facility itself is fantastic—it’s a clean, bright, and very secure environment, which gives me total peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. After searching around getting some storage quotes which I only needed for a short period called Kings storage found they had the best deal and provided great facilities. Storage unit was clean and trollies provided on site made the process smooth and easy. Would recommend Kings Storage to anyone!
