Having been in the storage industry for over 10 years now, I've seen storage evolve with more facilities implementing new features to make storage easier for our valuable Residential, Commercial and Archive clients. We here at Storage King are leaders in the field and provide simple storage solutions.
Please allow me to let you in on my top 10 tips.
1. Call us, we're a one stop shop that will save you time and money.
2. We will arrange your removal or trailer requirements, set you up with packing materials and storage space all in one phone call.
3. We offer a free home appraisal service or you can use our online estimator.
4. It's important to use the correct boxes for your valuable goods to avoid damage, call us to discuss or you can find sizes and prices online.
5. We have on the spot insurance cover available for peace of mind.
6. All units are easy to access 7 days a week.
7. For short term storage choose a larger storage space and long-term, the smallest space possible.
8. Pack larger items at the back of the space and as a general rule, boxes at the front.
9. Don’t forget to cover your mattresses and lounge suites when storing for more than 3mths.
10. Defrost your fridge the night before your move and leave Fridge doors open in your space and disconnect your washing machine and drain water out before putting in storage.
Storing does not need to be a stressful time. Come and see us at your local Storage King and allow us to assist you with all your storage needs.
