very easy process to book unit was a good size< the only thing id like to see is better lighting in the actual unit but other than that was a good experience. plenty of trolleys to move gear. Def recommend to anyone.

I feel mocked at this storage ! Staff are very unkind, I left the storage unit around the 7th of April and I paid for the storage place around the 28th of march and I didn’t really needed to use it for the rest of the month of April and I wanted to see if could get my money back! Since I paid they said that they won’t be giving me the money towards the ending the use of the storage unit! April for some unknown reason. I forgot to get my locker from the unit for the whole April moth, and they advice me that I own $21 for leaving the lock the because they thought I left stuff, and I arrived there to today to see if I can get my locker back and the front counter stuff said to me that the locker has being removed long ago so I am just confused why I have to come in to the storage unit for, they didn’t told me they removed it! I just came in from the weather and I try to wash off my clothes from water and the were mimicking and laughing at me! And I am not understanding why I need to pay since the locker has being removed already? And they said that my bill was $28 but one of the front counter said I will be nice to you and only let you pay $21! I find this place really unfair! I won’t be coming back to this place!!! Howard storage place treat me much better than this place!

Nothing but excellent service from them. They are flexible given my circumstances in changing the required storage size until the last day (if available). Breath of fresh air to have good customer service again! Cannot say the same about other storage places nearby....

The manager was friendly and happy to show the available storage size options to ensure my Items would fit. I was lucky enough to get two promotions, a slightly larger space at the same price and a months free insurance. Happy with the security, ease of access 24hrs and cleanliness of the facility.

From web query to start, on-site inspection, moving in and aftercare has been outstanding service. Thanks team, everyone. Godwin looked after me for inspection, young friendly gentleman who showed me around and reserved my spot. As for the facility, easy spacious parking for multiple trucks to park, trolley to load, move and store the goods, massive lift to reach the floor. Took me only 20min to unload and store the goods which took us an hour to load the truck from different storage

I had overdue payments owing after getting a text telling me my items had been itemised,ready for auction. I personally visited the site and paid cash. On inspection, items had been moved around. Accepted. But items were also missing. Was it a done deal that I wouldn't be back so stuff was taken? The stuff near the door.(missing) was valuable. I was heart broken. Still heart broken. Why take my stuff when the bill was being paid. Smile at the front, fist in your back.

Very friendly stuff, good facility, easy access.
The Only negative part is the actual storage inside has no roof and no light therefore is dark to go through your items. But overall 5/5. Thank you Stephanie you were excellent in communication and your friendly service.

I made a mistake and put some stuff in a Kennards, which turned out to be a nightmare. I got the rest of it to Storage King in Brookvale with help from Peter and the experience was 180 degrees different. Place is nice, competent, accommodating, and business is taken care of with a minimum of fuss. Many thanks for the help and professionalism.

I came to Storage king looking for a storage unit at such short notice (within the hour). Natalie helped me with organising my unit, removalists, provided a lock, picked up my call instantly, the list really goes on. I could not have asked for more of a welcoming person to be the face of Storage King in my eyes. She made me feel calm and welcome, and was extremely helpful. I’m sure all of the staff are lovely but I’m glad Natalie was to help me at such a stressful time. I just wanted to say thank you, as I am very young woman and had no clue what to do and was extremely stressed. Natalie was there within minutes organising everything for me.

New facility, very clean, pin code access to the premises allowing you to go to your storage locker almost anytime. Big trolleys to help you move your items and the free use (1 time) of their box truck. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can even buy moving supplies from them. Highly recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
