I came to Storage king looking for a storage unit at such short notice (within the hour). Natalie helped me with organising my unit, removalists, provided a lock, picked up my call instantly, the list really goes on. I could not have asked for more of a welcoming person to be the face of Storage King in my eyes. She made me feel calm and welcome, and was extremely helpful. I’m sure all of the staff are lovely but I’m glad Natalie was to help me at such a stressful time. I just wanted to say thank you, as I am very young woman and had no clue what to do and was extremely stressed. Natalie was there within minutes organising everything for me.

Peter was so calm and helpful in a time when I was overwhelmed and stressed. He made the process so unbelievably easy for me and was very patient and understanding. I definitely did not thank him enough while I was in the store. I would highly recommend to anyone!

New facility, very clean, pin code access to the premises allowing you to go to your storage locker almost anytime. Big trolleys to help you move your items and the free use (1 time) of their box truck. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can even buy moving supplies from them. Highly recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not Recommended
Posting this for storage king in general. I rented a unit with woolloomooloo and have been extremely disgusted with the service.
They act like they want to help but at the same time can be really manipulative and unprofessional.
If you are late on a payment, the way they behave is completely egotistical, they have no shame on the harassment they place on people and the store manager has actually raised his voice at me and then laughed when asked how he could behave that way to people and boasted about feeling great about himself. He would contact me of 10 different forms of media each day, would send non stop emails and would harass your emergency contact even when you have contacted him.
Then there’s Alex, who can be incredibly rude and egotistical. When I’ve complained about him to head office he tried to boast it was useless as he worked for head office so if I had a complaint it should go through him (a way to defer if complaints are ever made about him) he insists he was to help customer service wise if you seem unhappy but then sends emails that are rude and entitled and acts as if doing parts of his job are a massive favour on your behalf and you should be grateful and can’t even do the job correctly. He also pretended to be liaising with the legal team (they don’t have one) and when I rang head office they had no idea what I meant by legal team, pretended to take a message and pass it on, where rude, condescending and gave attitude (including cutting me off several time on the calls, shouting and hanging up - Fred, Cass and Bonnie in particular. when I’ve chased it up and three days later still have not gotten back to me.
When I received personal and confidential legal documents they were taken out of all envelopes, clearly read and placed in a position to make it obvious they have gone through and read them which is a massive breach of privacy and sold most of the items they promised to give back In the auction.
I am utterly disgusted with storage king.

Staff were very helpful. Arranged a larger storage space at short notice. They took the time to explain everything and walked us through the security access to our storage unit. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage.

We are a small start up business and their flexibility and all round super service has meant we were able to co-locate our warehouse with them and at our small store. I contacted Storage King Brookvale because I needed to store some archive boxes so only needed a small closet size unit. Peter and Aaron were very helpful and showed me around their large facility. The first one they showed me was perfect for what I needed. It's a very secure facility, the loading dock is in a great position for loading and unloading and the lift to the third floor is excellent. Aaron even helped me unload all my boxes. I highly recommend this facility and the friendly, kind service was above and beyond my expectations.

Superb facility. Peter and his team did an amazing job getting all paperwork done quickly and showing me the different size units available. Everything spotless as this place brand new, easy access after hours using and they even gave me their van to transport to bring my stuff. Highly recommended

A super helpful team and a great facility. Having not used a storage facility before it was great to speak with people about what the right size room was for our needs. The security of the building was very comforting, and the loading dock and lifts are huge to make unloading items easy. There were also plenty of supplies available such as locks and packing supplies. The price was also very competitive, particularly given how new the building is.
