I wouldn’t recommend going there especially to deer park storage kings I had things stolen from there and the manager is no help at all
If u need storage I reckoned you look else were unless you want things stolen ..

We used this facility for about 6 months. Absolutely wonderful service. Our goods were placed securely. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended storage place.

Opening time is 8.30am. I'm moving my stuffs and I the gate is closed(yes, i am waiting at the right gate), nobody is in the office. Poor service!

Welcoming,helpful and very professional people. At first I was very worried and anxious about my belongings being able to fit in the size I chose, staff assured me that they were going to accommodate my belongings with providing more space if needed.
Very happy ending with everything fitting into one shed. Great experience would recommend to anyone. King storage deer park thank you!

CARAVAN STORED IN HANGAR TYPE FACILITY FOR THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS. LOCATION, UNDERCOVER, SECURITY WITH FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT STAFF MADE OUR CHOICE EASY ALONG WITH PEACE OF MIND. STORAGE COSTS ARE REASONABLE.

Our business has grown rapidly and as a result we have ran out of storage space. We found Storage king Caroline Springs to be the ideal location for our storage needs. The facility is clean and accessible and our staff can access our belongings at anytime with no fuss. The site is secure and the staff are friendly. I would recommend Storage King for all your storage needs.

I have been a customer of Storage King, Burnside/Westwood Drive for a few years now. I used to have 2 storage facilities that I have now right-sized to One. In my years with Storage King, I have always been delighted with good customer service, staff willing to help and a clean, neat and tidy environment to store my personal effects in. Never have I seen a degrade in the quality of my belongings that is welcoming. I am also a regular customer of their retail store that offers packing boxes and good quality duct tape that is better in quality than Bunnings/Masters. I continue to enjoy the great custom that Sally offers over these years (incl when she was the store manager a few years ago before she took a break). The reason why I haven't given the store a 5 star is because I feel the price can perhaps be discounted a tad bit but then again I am a consumer who always loves a bargain! :)...thanks, Pat Banerjee

Clean and uber secure facility with lots of parking and 24/7 access. Been here a few months and we wish we had found this facility sooner.
Good rates, great facilities.
They even has a truck you can drive on a normal licence available for a reasonable rate to move with.
Staff is always friendly, courteous and always willing to help out where they can.
I've been using facilities like these for 10 years and this is best I've found.

I currently have my furniture stores at storage king caroline springs. The unit is eaily accessable amd staff always friendly. The courtasey truck was also very convenient to move everything in.

I have been a customer of Storage King Deer Park for a few years now. After careful evaluation of other facilities within the area, I decided to go with them. They met all the criteria for a good storage facility. They have excellent security measures, ease of access, variety of unit sizes to cater to my future needs, the facility and units are tidy and well managed, friendly and approachable staff, and the contracts are straight forward with no hidden agendas. I highly recommend them.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they explain everything for you the spaces are great there is plenty of ventilation which is a good thing.
There is ample parking space and access at anytime is always great. The security features are also a great advantage.

I recently sold my house and needed boxes urgently. Both Sally and Harry were very helpful and polite they even helped me carry the boxes to the car. If any time comes i might need storage i would have no hesitation storing with them.
