From my first initial phone call to the very end of me collecting my goods, Jenny was extremely abrupt, forceful and often times left us feeling like we were being interrogated. The facilities are beautiful, well maintained, clean and I’d definately use Storage Kings again - however, I will not be using the Cockburn Central site due to my experience with Jenny.

The lady that served us I apologise for not remembering her name but everything was explained perfectly from the moment we walked in , her professionalism and great service was unquestionable and people could learn a lot about how to talk and deal with customers . the process from start to finish with Storage King Cockburn Central was simple and easy. the storage space was a great size, there were always trolleys around to use. moving out due to finding a place to stay was simple too. would recommend. I would say however if you plan on moving ask about the prices changing. we went from $270 to $320 in a year which wasn't an issue to us but may be to someone else

Even though the truck arrived with the Sea Container on board, it was fortunate there was someone there to open the gate as we were earlier than the opening times. I also hadn't received the nesssary codes, Thank you so much Cockburn Central Storage King. Excellent condition and service. I'd certainly use them again.

My time at storage king cockburn , was my best time ever I knew and comfort knowing that the manager there Jenny Miskelly she is outstanding in the way she manages the clients and services there , when I first be started at that facility it was known as cockburn central, which Jenny was also manager there, I knew and felt peace at all times , I was given instructions as how to access my unit , the gate everything I needed to know about , and she was calm and understanding constantly to me I felt relaxed and valued even when I locked my keys in my unit 3 times jenny helped me out cut off my padlock I bought another , I could go on about all the things she helped me with , you can say that was her job , she is extremely professional, she goes beyond what she is paid for , and I miss being there , she has guided me about many things.storage related , and I truely value her experience and support in my journey if anyone ever considers storage Jenny miskelly is your lady at cockburn central storeage king my experiences with her their are life changing thank you Jenny for guiding me and caring for my precious things regards Maureen jeffery

I had my new caravan stored at Cockburn Central for a few months and Jenny was a fantastic help and gave great service. I thoroughly recommend Storage King Cockburn Central. Excellent location, easy access and very affordable. Don't look elsewhere!

From talking to Maddie in the call centre, to picking up the code at the reception, the staff have been wonderful. Even for the customer service alone I would give 5 stars! We are storing our motorhome that is on the large side, and the spot they chose for us is just perfect. Easy to access and a very secure area. Really happy we chose to use this company!

I would highly recommend Storage King at Cockburn Central. Jenny was very easy to communicate with. We had our new caravan stored there for a few months and it was very easy to come and go during daylight hours. There is also very good security with cameras everywhere and an automated locked gate.

Was such a great place before storage king took over bumped up the rent from 190 a month to 230 in one big jump did not let me know then when I needed to pay more they called my other contact and was discussing my employment and income with them very in professional and very rude.

Professional, polite and friendly customer service particularly from Jenny Miskelly. Great communication making you feel welcome and a valued client. I was a customer for 10 months. Great location on North Lake Road with myself being impressed by the cleanliness of the whole compound. Excellent security features ensuring peace of mind for my items and myself whilst at the storage facility. Would very highly recommend to friends and family looking for top class service and facilities. Thanks you Jenny for a wonderful experience.
