A very helpful cheery and informative visit this afternoon. She even put all products on a trolley and wheeled out to my car and then loaded it all for me. Will definetly go back as service was excellent.

Recommended
We were inbetween houses and needed a large unit to fit our whole house in. They only had a 3×3 but offered us a discount on a second (which we eventually needed after filling the 1st to capacity). The mates rates on a truck was handy as well for when we emptied. The truck emptied about 3/4 of the larger unit. Thanks SKC, you guys were very helpful at a stressful time.

Just finished up 9 months of storage at Storage King. Very well priced and the customer service I recieved from Narelle was nothing but perfection. She went above and beyond to explain the contact and detail and answered all of my silly questions with happiness and non judgemental. Was vey happy with my unit and service here

What a pleasant experience. The people there bent over backwards to help us, even stayed behind on a Saturday for us as we wanted the storage on the Saturday and had left it til the last minute. More than helpful and extremely satisfied. Would recommend the Cranbourne facility to anyone and everyone. Thank you for making a move a little smoother you took all the stress out of that area of the in between move and decluttering for selling. Once again thank you
