I needed temporary storage and so glad I found The Storage King at Eagle Farm.
I first visited the storage facility to visualise the unit available for rent to confirm it would meet my needs. Upon arrival to the storage unit facility I was welcomed by the most helpful, kindest, cheerful store manager (Gwen) I've possibly ever met!! To be honest I was planning to inspect other storage unit options but after meeting Gwen and experiencing how genuinely authentic, nice and helpful she was to her renters is what influenced my decision to sign the rental agreement on the spot that day, I didn't need to go and inspect any other options because this one was obviously the best!
The unit was easy to access and I was confident my belongings were secure at the Storage King Eagle Farm. The entire premises was very safe, secure and clean. Perfect experience and highly recommend the Storage King Eagle Farm.

For most people, moving can be quite stressful. From my first contact with Gwen, right through until the day I moved my belongings out of the unit, Gwen made the experience much less stressful. She provided prompt and clear information. I would highly recommend this business!

Required removal boxes, arrived at Eagle Farm. “notice on door someone one site be back in office in a few minutes”
If not ring number displayed. Rang number women on other end disinterested and said location closed. I mentioned that website claimed branch opened today.
Her comment, website not up to date.
Not impressed with her I don’t care attitude.
Found Kennards Storage Toombul Rd Northgate.
Welcoming manager Janice, bought Boxes, Tape and are renting a storage unit next week.
Storage King take notice, that during these tough times, Service always wins.

We were looking for an easy option to store some furniture and Storage King Eagle Farm was the perfect solution. Emily the manager sold me right away with her professional yet friendly manner. Whoever owns this business should double her salary whatever it is - then double it again because she is a doer and nothing is too much trouble. She made the job easy and explained everything. The facility itself is excellent quality and well set-out. I would recommend this place over any other that I have ever used. It's clean, easy to access and fits the bill perfectly. There are trolleys to use and the lift system works effortlessly. It is so easy to get in and out. You wont regret it.
