Booking online is very easy from the help of the staff ( the lady was helped me make my booking on the phone), they are making me feel comfortable and even I sent all my items to the Storage without seen their face and they are so kind to help me and put my items in my Storage Unit. I needed temporary storage and so glad I found The Storage King at Eagle Farm.
I first visited the storage facility to visualise the unit available for rent to confirm it would meet my needs. Upon arrival to the storage unit facility I was welcomed by the most helpful, kindest, cheerful store manager (Gwen) I've possibly ever met!! To be honest I was planning to inspect other storage unit options but after meeting Gwen and experiencing how genuinely authentic, nice and helpful she was to her renters is what influenced my decision to sign the rental agreement on the spot that day, I didn't need to go and inspect any other options because this one was obviously the best!
The unit was easy to access and I was confident my belongings were secure at the Storage King Eagle Farm. The entire premises was very safe, secure and clean. Perfect experience and highly recommend the Storage King Eagle Farm.

Gewn was able to find me a locker that suited my needs on the day I arrived. She was very keen to take her time to walk me through the warehouse and show me all the different types of lockers that were available.
Even when I was in a rush and wasn't able to meet her before I moved in, she was able to run me through all the processes over the phone and went out of her way to make sure she was contactable on the day I moved in, in case I did need her help.
I would definitely recommend SK Eagle Farm to a friend, if for no other reason than Gwen's service and friendliness.
