Very attentive service and quick signup. I was a previous tenant for about 6 years a while back. We needed a storage unit fast but there was nothing available at the time of my query last week. Bindi and Chris worked hard to get a space ready for me and were able to arrange it within 24 hours. The signup was quick & painless.

Do not recommend this company unfortunately my issue was not resolved as it should of been and i lost all of my late mothers items due to the staff going against what they had said and as a result i now have nothing of my mothers or grandmotherds ! Please Beware !!! The Management and Head Office Staff are the rudest and degrading people i have ever dealt with in any business and yes i have taken this further !

Excellent storage facility and management team.
From the outset, Chris & Bindi provided clear explanations on the 'storage process'. Great to deal with such friendly, competent and helpful Staff.
Ease of access into and out of this secure storage facility.
Areas inside and out kept clean and vermin free.
Appreciate the well positioned & sizeable access lifts, and internal lighting, in the amply wide corridors separating the rows of storage units.
Plus could purchase at reasonable price - boxes, bubble wrap, butcher paper, packaging tape - to help with the move into the storage unit. Even had extra large picture & mirror boxes.
Hassle free self storage.

The two staff members are so helpful. I spoke to Bindi on the phone, after ringing 3 other storage companies and it was her friendly and helpful professionalism that made me decide to go with storage king in east Geelong. On our moving day Chris couldn't have been more helpful. Gave me full details on how the system works, how to gain entry, what to do when using the Self storage facility to store and remove our belongings, how to use the elevator to the first floor units. Also gave me a good rate. Highly recommend This business.

Chris & Co, Newcomb, are, to me & mine, THE storage kings. Chris was a true gentleman from the moment we met & before that , with my daughter who did the research for me. Chris was kind, compassionate & so so helpful throughout a very stressful time, going, I'm sure, way beyond his employment remit in order to make a very difficult time as simple as he could. Chris was extremely helpful on helping me work out what size unit I would need and I love the fact that even though the unit is on the second floor it is easy to access. Extremely pleased with the security.

Chris was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and showed me the various sizes of storage units. He discussed what I have to store and how that might fit in the unit best. He even swept the unit to ensure it was totally clean before I stored everything.
