Wonderful staff (Stephen & Quinton) at frenchs forest kings storage. So friendly, helpful & professional. As a novice in moving house they helped me a great deal with understanding my needs & requirements in preparing my boxes & furniture into storage. On storing my goods they walked me through the facilities procedures regarding security codes & other kings security measures. I’m very thankful for all their assistance

Saturday 12 December 2020 afternoon. My partner and I were unloaded our furniture truck for hours ! (Truck that you got with them for free !) As it was only the both of us, it was hard , and then the nicest staff member ever (forget to ask his name) brought us a bag with half a dozen bottles of cold water ! My partner said and I quoted "what a legend" haha ! Best customer service ever. Also storage is open late for access. Building is really nice and modern, lift is huge and have air cond so don't worry if you have a storage upstairs, access to big trollers to move your stuff, don't regret at all to have sign with them ! I think Storage King's assets are not only including the great fascilities but also the kind staffs that they should be proud of :D Wish we all stay safe in this 2020 pandemic.

I can't thank Nitish and his team enough!!
I had to move items from my parents house quickly and not only did Nitish give me an amazing price, he also made sure that the two units we hired were next to each other to make the move nice and easy!!
The whole process was simple and easy.
Would definitely recommend anyone who needs storage to speak to Nitish and the team!!

General facilities are pretty good, loading area is a bit limited for space.
On at least 3 occasions the evacuation alarm has been activated and has gone on for hours at night or weekend as it is not monitored so I guess bad luck if there is a fire.
When finishing up there I was told not to expect any money back, even though I was paid up for a further 4 weeks, as I was on a discounted rate apparently, just be grateful I guess.
