Angela and Tim at Goulburn Storage King provided excellent service when we needed short term storage recently. All our questions answered and suggestions made to make it all easy. The facilities were clean, easily accessible, reasonably priced and safe. Could not have asked for more. Well done to the Goulburn team.

The calm manner which both Ange and Tim provided details and guides on how the storage access works was excellent and extremely helpful. The storage was clean and secure and with a selection of cartons, bubble wrap and fill on site it certainly reduced the added pressure of placing items in storage. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility and its team..

Praise! Praise! Praise! to the wonderful staff at Goulburn Storage king! Words cannot express how wonderful the service I received recently was. Ange the Office Manager came in on her day off, on the coldest day of the year so far, with the flu and a broken toe, to assist my family with reorganising and removing items. Ange even did a dump run for me at the end of the long day! Her help was amazing and her positive attitude, professionalism and friendliness exceed any service I have ever received – I just cannot thank her enough – she was amazing!!! Also a huge Thank you to Tim in the office – who also assisted with his professionalism, strength and great warm cups of tea and kindness. What an asset to the Storage King family these staff members are! I would have no problem recommending this business – the staff alone have made my experience so incredible!!! Thank you lovely Ange and Tim – your help was appreciated greatly!!!!

This is a great secure place to keep anything the team that I dealt with which was Angela Thorpe and Tim O’Neill were more then accomodating to my needs. These guys are a pleasure to deal with and are by far some of the best customer service I have had in my life.

My friend jack reid has a storage unit at storage king Goulburn he is really happy with the size and the price they were understanding that he didn’t need a big unit anymore so they were very helpful with moving units all he had to do is move his stuff and then go sign paperwork and put his padlocks on the new unit thanks Angie from stroage king Goulburn she is very helpful
