I could not recommend Storage King highly enough. The facility was modern, clean and well maintained. Our Storage room was competitively priced and was the perfect solution to keep our valuables. 100% safe with digital app access. Vehicle access was straightforward. On top of the above, the staff were incredibly helpful via email and l when we needed basic tools for disassembling furniture. Will always choose Storage King as #1.

The facility is new and has an impressive security system with 24/7 access to the storage sheds. Access is digital and very easy to implement. Storage area was upstairs with access via stairs and elevator for moving furniture and goods. Facility is also kept clean and in good order. The office staff are professional and went out of his way to support our issues which is a bonus. The stocks of packing equipment on the premises were also impressive. A professional business keeping the customer in mind.

Great staff friendly using the app to access was so easy. Clean facility easy parking to load and unload. Trolleys and lift service making the job a breeze.
Ample space for the items to be stored covered and used the unit for 3months.
Invoices can be paid online when notifications were due.

We had never had to use a storage solution before and we chose Storage King Hervey Bay West because it was conveniently located close to our new home. Jasin was our first point of contact by phone, then face to face on the first day of hiring our first shed. He was very amicable and helpful, as well as a good communicator of how to operate the app. We were impressed with the simplicity of the process and accessibility of the facility out of business hours. This suited us to a T as we had to make multiple drop offs on weekends over a couple of weeks. Sam then took over from Jasin with serving us. He was equally most amicable and helpful. He was very proactive in keeping an eye out for us for a second shed, and he let us know straight away when one became available. He was also very quick at responding to our enquiries and accommodating our needs, making bookings for the complimentary truck which we required to bring loads into storage and eventually moving our belongings out of the two storage sheds. His customer service was stellar. We were equally impressed by the set up of the facility and its overall convenience, as well as the reasonable rates. We highly recommend Storage King Hervey Bay West to anyone requiring a storage facility in the Hervey Bay area.
