I had stuff in storage for 9 months here and just moved house finally so moved my stuff out yesterday. It was a really positive experience throughout and can't fault the facility and Tahlia the staff member went above and beyond to help. Very friendly and helpful, efficient and good with communication and could not do her job any better. I imagine her in a high up leadership role one day because it is not often someone can relate to customers so well, communicate and do the outstanding job she does. The facility is also very clean, secure and easy to access.

Checked into Storage King and found my spirit animal - a warehouse so clean you could eat off the floor (but don’t, it’s still a floor). The staff? Imagine your nicest friend who helps you move and doesn't complain. That's them, but they actually know where everything goes. Easy access? More like Storage Narnia, minus the talking lion. If organizing were an Olympic sport, these folks would take gold. 10/10, would store my stuff (and possibly myself) here again.

Could not fault the facilities, staff were second to none with their professional advice and hospitality. I used a small storage facility for storing items prior selling my home, would not hesitate to recommend this facility. This family owned place is a much better option to the bigger multinational facilities out there.
The staff are helpful and friendly. They even understand that moving and storage can be a hugely stressful and upsetting for some and go out of there way to make the process easy and smooth.
Access is easy, there’s a plethora of storage rooms to selected from that are clean, well ventilated, secure.
