utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

I unexpectedly had my goods in storage for 33mths through all weathers cyclone included, in an outside unit and found no harm had come to my goods.. Each time I phoned for one reason or another I found both Rodger and Collin to be most respectful and obliging if I required anything. I also found when visiting the storage facility that it was always clean and free of any debris. I would not hesitate in using this facility again if required.
Storage King Kunda Park it's an absolute complete service, great prices,services, storage space and location. A big recognition to staff member Roger whom provides a professional, caring and solution focus costumer service.

The Team at Storage King are prompt, courteous, and thorough with explaining their storage options and processes. Colin walked my partner and I through the onboarding process, our choices of storage unit sizes, and the tour around the facility. Roger also assisted with some troubleshooting when I couldn't get the link to the paperwork open on my phone. Both Colin and Roger went above and beyond to ensure our onboarding process went smoothly and that we fully understood how Storage King operates.
The facility itself is clean, easy to find, and access is very secure. My partner and I highly recommend Storage King and the Kunda Park Team for an easy solution to storage on the Sunny Coast.
Excellent customer service from Roger right from when I started using the storage shed to when I finished having my belongings in storage. Communication from Roger was always great. There was easy access to the storage facility and belongings were safe and in good condition during the time they were stored. Would highly recommend using this storage place.
The process was seamless. We had arranged for 2 units for our household goods in a phone call from Melbourne. On arrival at Kunda park The manager- Roger was extremely helpful and courteous. On arrival all was in place and again Roger was ready to assist if required, his instructions as to access into the facility were clear.
He offered water which was appreciated because of the very hot and humid conditions

Service and team are grate at the beginning I've had no complaints until now. 20months in and I received yet my 3rd email saying my fees are going up. Yes coast of everything is going up and this usually gets pasted on to the customer but 3 increases in 20months is to much. I don't even know what I'm paying for anymore these units are not climate controlled so yes somethings are mouldy (i was expectingthis). And I went to check on my unit a few weeks ago and everything in covered in cobwebs so not pest controlled either. They are a standard shed. I think some loyalty need to given to long term tenant that have also never missed a payments. Look all in all they are good but the constant fee increases are to much when your paying for a shed that you really can't get into because it's packed to the roof of everything you own.

Called the day before needing a unit urgently, they set me up.
On the day I realised I needed a bigger unit, they instantly upgraded me, no question! I purchased a lock and we ready, then they helped my partner reverse a truck in after closing.
The next day came back with more and realised I forgot my key for the padlock, the guys broke our lock for us and gave us a new one.
