Amazing customer service, I went in yesterday to have my wheels packed and sent, the customer service that the manager offered was amazing. Very helpful, nothing was too hard for her and even helped me box them up and wrap them for a safe trip across Australia. I highly recommend this business and will always use this particular location for any boxing or storage needs. Thank you again!

I broke down with my Nissan Murano outside Storage King Friday last.
A storm came down, it was bucketing down , eventually the tow truck came, the car was loaded in pouring rain. The ladies from Storage King offered shelter , an umbrella a bottle of water and kind words. Now I know what kindness is…

The lady was very helpful, she stumbled over her words a little but I think that comes with having done the job for so long. Haha. It was a pleasure to meet with her and hopefully dealing with the facility alone will be just as smooth.
