Emma was always professional, friendly, and helped me choose a storage space that suited my needs. More recently, when I realised I no longer needed such a large unit, she took the time to guide me through my options and helped me move to a smaller space, saving me money in the process.

Emma walked me through the units and pricing. There was no need to look elsewhere and compare prices. I was delighted with the facility and my package.

Highly recommend. First time I’ve put my personal effects into a storage facility. I was so nervous and the reason I was doing so was a stressful situation. Thank you Shannon, you made me feel comfortable and it was effortless. Hottest day to move in 45degrees a simple act of providing me with extra water and checking in with me before you left for the day, very appreciated! I’ve been back a few times to sort items, each time I felt very safe. I recommend without hesitation.

The girls in the office are super friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time having to store anything - so Emma offered to show me around and gave me options for different size units.
The whole complex is IMMACULATELY clean! And the hours of access are a boost. Their payment policy is also beneficial. You may pay for a full month but if you need to end the storage time early - they will refund you the difference. That may my decision easy - as I didn't know how long I would need to have a storage unit. The option to use their truck also made it easy to move out my furniture in one hit.I highly recommend Storage King - it's been a great experience for me.

We needed storage till we sold our house. I had tentatively made arrangements with an other storage place after getting a number of quotes. By chance I called into Storage King Narellan to buy some packing boxes and asked what the storage rate was. I was more than surprised that their rate per month was $100 cheaper than the other places I received quotes from. The office staff couldn't have been nicer and where so helpful. Plus we were given access to a truck as part of the deal.
Access was so simple yet so secure and 24/7. Their packing boxes and accessories were very reasonably priced.
The two staff members,
Karen and Ema, (they manage the place) were so organised and helpful during a stressful time for us. It was customer service with a plus from them.
I wouldn't go past them for storage needs. I really do recommend Storage King Narellan for your storage needs.
