Partner and I went in there today to just have a look and we were met with nothing but a kind and accommodating service from Karen at Narellan. Karen was exceptional and gave us a great deal on our storage and was nothing but lovely through the whole thing!

Emma the manager went above and beyond for me. She was very kind and caring about my situation and did everything in her power to ensure i got everything i needed.
I want to thank Emma for all of her hard work and for being so supportive during this time. I highly recommend this storage facility and being helped by Emma.

I have had a storage unit for approx 3 years and recently vacated. Both Karen and Emma provided advice, guidance and flexibility around my needs when I was delayed for a few days. They were quick to offer a solution and always ready to provide the best level of service. Well done and thank you.

Excellent Service, from the time I made my enquiry to signing up. The team were very helpful all the way. This is a one stop shop when moving into storage, they have everything covered from boxes, tape and truck. The staff are very friendly and helpful at every step.
