The customer service is very considerate and responsive. With the helpful guidance and assistance, the booking, confirming and moving in experience was quite smooth. Especially a big thanks to Stephen, who is on his first day joining the Pymble team while already showing his familiarity with the building environment and surrounding areas. He gave us handy tips on the best parking and lift access to the storage and is adaptive to the cultural nuances. We asked for a last-minute change of room, and he searched the map and provided the best option considering our different aspects' needs. Once again, thank you, Stephen! And congrats for joining the team. Wish you all the best in your future days in the Pymble office.

I am very impressed with this new and efficient storage facility. Matt was helpful and walked me through the available unit sizes. The location is convenient and and it is easy to access my unit out of hours.

Brand new storage in a great location. Friendly stuff helps me to get a suitable size storage in a tight timeline. Also provide extra service in terms of organizing the removalists for customer. Highly recommend to upper north shore residents.

The team at Storage King Pymble have been fabulous from day 1. The facility is clean, bright, sensor lights and makes moving so easy. They have accommodated my emergency needs and in particular John & Dixon. Dixon stayed back to ensure that I had all that was needed during my move as last minute storage was required. He was so helpful and it was sincerely appreciated. I have used several facilities over the years and have found this one to be the best. Thanks again.

Would highly recommend the Storage King Pymble. Not only is the facility incredibly clean and efficient, the staff have been so helpful in last minute changes and accommodating extra space in an emergency. So very grateful to Dixon in particular who stayed back to help me. I have used other facilities in the past and it is not only the space but the management that make your move easier. So gratefull. Storage King Pymble are outstanding. Dixon was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had to make a major move, involving long-distances, and a lot of furniture. Dixon not only provided me with spotlessly clean storage, but he also put me in touch with me with removalists (Stellman and Co Softmove) who are simply incredible! Storage King Pymble led by Dixon and Stellman and Co made my experience so easy. If you are looking for respectful, punctual, genuinely caring, efficient, and cost-effective storage and removalists, then go with these guys!

I recently rented a storage unit from King Pymble for a comparably reasonable price. The unit is clean and well illuminated. The facility generally is modern secure and has good easy access and off street parking. The staff were very communicative and helpful making the administrative side of things easy. Trevor B

We were introduced to Storage King by Orr&Co after their good experience from past dealings. John, Matthew and Dixon from Pymble Storage King couldn’t have been more helpful, guiding us through every aspect of packing and moving. With helpful suggestions as to the type and number of boxes, even to a removalist who was available at short notice. The facility is clean and modern and we feel comfortable that our belongings are safe.
