This Storage King at Pymble is an excellent facility. The place is relatively new and it is well run. Dean and Matthew are fantastic hosts and have supported my move into my rented storage space professionally and enthusiastically. Without their support, the move in would have been stressful, instead it was seamless and stress free. Very clean, well maintained and feels very well managed.

We were very happy with our lock up at Storage King Pymble. Access from both entrances and both lifts was very easy, the hallways are wide, well lit and easy to navigate, and the roller door worked perfectly. There were always plenty of trolleys available to get our stuff in and out. Being able to buy packing boxes in all the various sizes, bubble wrap and paper was a big plus. When it came to moving out Matthew was super helpful and just made it work for the guys from our removalist company. Highly recommended!

Matthew was extremely helpful in assisting us to choose a storage unit for our furniture etc. He explained everything in a simple and comprehensive way and showed us around the complex so we understood the access etc.
Overall, I would recommend Storage King at Pymble .. a lovely , clean facility and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience hiring storage from here!
I initially planned to look at a few storage places before choosing the best one but Michelle was so helpful in finding the right space for me that I signed up on the same day. She understood what I was looking for and walked me around the facility showing me suitable options. 10/10 service. Both Michelle and Milana also provided great support in the office whenever I needed anything through the rental period.
Storage wise, the space was clean, easy to navigate and access.
Note: Access isn't 24 hours but the access times are clearly communicated and wasn't a problem for me.
Overall, really great experience and I'd definitely recommend them.
