Matthew was extremely helpful in assisting us to choose a storage unit for our furniture etc. He explained everything in a simple and comprehensive way and showed us around the complex so we understood the access etc.
Overall, I would recommend Storage King at Pymble .. a lovely , clean facility and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Clean, organised, and a pleasure to visit (am I really talking about a storage facility?!). Company policies very flexible and well thought out. Staff incredibly pleasant and helpful, even at the end of tenancy - massive shout to Milana, Michelle and Matthew. Considerably exceeded expectations. Highly, highly recommended.

The team at Storage King Pymble were incredibly professional and super helpful in resolving my storage needs. From showing me various spaces to suit my storage needs, and offering various cost options too that worked to my budget…. it was a flawless experience. The entire facility was so tidy and clean I’ve never seen a storage facility so well looked after. A huge thanks to Michelle for assisting me and making it super easy, stress free and an overall great experience.

Great experience hiring storage from here!
I initially planned to look at a few storage places before choosing the best one but Michelle was so helpful in finding the right space for me that I signed up on the same day. She understood what I was looking for and walked me around the facility showing me suitable options. 10/10 service. Both Michelle and Milana also provided great support in the office whenever I needed anything through the rental period.
Storage wise, the space was clean, easy to navigate and access.
Note: Access isn't 24 hours but the access times are clearly communicated and wasn't a problem for me.
Overall, really great experience and I'd definitely recommend them.

Storage King @Pymble is very convenient, clean and bright. I’ve visited there a few times before I made the decision, all the staffs in Pymble are very friendly especially Matt, he is always willing to help, working efficiently and provide high quality of service. Definitely recommendable.

Michelle provided amazing service. From advice on the best packing materials for my needs to finding the best storage area for a great price. Michelle made it all such an easy process. The Pymble facility is also kept so neat and tidy. Will recommend to family and friends should they need storage!

We have had a great experience with Storage King. Michelle was quick and thorough in helping me to work out how best to accommodate my needs. And also showed us the different unit options to help us choose. Matthew was also very friendly and helpful to make the process as smooth as possible. Overall, we are very happy with the level of customer service and care given. We will definitely come back if and when the need arises in future.

Michelle was very helpful with advice regarding the size of the unit needed and the size and number of boxes. She was also helpful in letting the removalists into my unit while I was still back at my place. Storage King has a good policy of being able to switch the customer to a smaller or larger storage unit if on the day the one booked turns out to be too large or too small. The Pymble facility is easy to get to.
