Such a fantastic process from my first initial Enquiry with a lovely Melb based lady. So friendly, helped enormously. Arrived to start storage. Robina staff really helpful & friendly as well. The best facility & my first experience with using storage unit. It was a very stressful time for me but so easy with Kings. Many thanks to all staff. Regards Lyndall

I had nothing but positive experience with Storage King Robina. Great team. The manager Gerard was so helpful and accommodating. I was anxious about arranging the move but it went smoothly. Thank you so so much. I couldn’t have done it without you. The place was clean and their facility was easy to use. Highly recommend!

Such a fantastic experience. From the large open drive way into the clean fresh secure storage facility. Very impressive and accommodating. Ask for store manager Gerard, he is brilliant and very helpful, making the process so smooth and easy.

Katie and Angie are awesome..the process was fast and simple. The premises is modern and clean with aircon units so The dreaded move becomes a lot easier when you reach Storage King.

Thank you to the staff at Robina Storage King for your wonderful customer service and assistance. Your complimentary moving truck and ample trolleys for transferring boxes and furniture made everything so easy and the storage rooms are lovely and clean. I feel my belongings are in a safe space with coded entry which gives me peace of mind. I would recommend Storage King to anyone looking for secure storage and friendly helpful staff.

Gerard provided great service. I got to the storage shed at closing time on Xmas eve & Gerard opened the office to help me book a shed. I was very grateful because I had a sudden shift to do. The whole month at Robina shed was great service & facilities. Thank you

Thanks for the wonderful assistance from Storage King Robina manager Gerard and also Shanan storage consultant who were so helpful when I moved to Queensland from NSW and needed my furniture stored. I would recommend this Storage King to anyone. The storage space was so clean and there were plenty of trolleys to use to save me lifting things

I thought they were good corporate citizen. But no. Their sign lights up the night sky and shines into many Mudgeeraba home bedrooms. They turned it off for a short while which we were all ecstatic about. But now it's on again. I thought advertising was to attact business. Not turn it away due to ruining the night sky and causing sleepless nights to children and adults alike. We don't mind your sign during the day. But please turn the huge eye saw off at night. You are not earning customers with it. You are turning them away. I'd rather go to your competitor next door who at least has the foresight not to disturb the neighbours with their sign. Please come to my place one night and see how bad it is. Yes people in Mudgeeraba are talking about you. But it is not good. Cheers Michelle Gabriel.

Hi Michelle, although you’re not a customer of Storage King, we do take the concerns of our local residents and community seriously. We have listened to your feedback and have now installed a dimmer switch to reduce the brightness of the sign, and a timer so that the sign switches off automatically at 7.30pm. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused, and hope that you choose Storage King if ever you need storage.
