I rented a unit at this location for a year plus I had mail arriving and going out everyday. The staff at this location is AMAZING. So accommodating and helpful.

I paid ahead for my unit. When I got there at 6am the pin/code didn’t work. 4 days later still doesn’t work. If it was not for the helpful staff that gave a. Emergency code I can not use it unless office hours. However, the emergency pin doesn’t enable the lights near my storage unit. It is extremely difficult to find thing or organise items in the dark.

Called SK Rocklea to ask how much is it for a 6x3 storage. John, who answered the phone, asked how many bedrooms of comparable house is moving in, I replied about 3-4 bedrooms, then requested to go through the list of items I will be storing. I could not provide that as it is too much detail.
John said he can't help me with anything because I have not provided him the list of items I am going to store.
When I asked what his full name is he refused to give a full name, saying he doesn't have to provide that.
Not sure what is going on there, but I would not trust this place.

From our understanding, there was no vacancy in 6x3 units, so John was trying to assess alternate options and provide a tailored solution for you. We regret that this was not explained thoroughly, and sincerely apologise for missing the mark on this one. We have passed this feedback on, and should you wish to discuss this further our management team would gladly speak with you.

I have been offered a 3m x 1.5m storage unit for $89 per month for 6 months. Natalie and Maxine were very helpful and friendly in answering all my questions and concerns. Especially, I have been arranging all of these remotely from Melbourne. They made my move easier and also referred me to trusted removalist to transport my stuff from house to storage.

Storage King facility in Rocklea is the best in Brisbane. Great location, heaps of parking and very easy access to storage units.
Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Fees are very reasonable.
