When I contacted the Manager of Storage King Smithfield NSW, ALL my issues and problems were resolved within 1 hour of my initial contact with the Manager. Efficient, helpful and “user friendly” are some of the words that come to mind with regards to Management at Smithfield site.

Storage king in 2 Percival Rd Smithfield NSW have been amazing help… Very easy to deal with, if you need extra services they go above and beyond their service to help. They are also compassionate when they know you’re on a budget and try their very best to make you happy. They went out of their way to help me out in every way possible. It was truly a great experience, I can’t recommend them enough, and will always go there if I need their services again.

You won't get better service anywhere!!!
George was so patient and understanding. He had a smile on his face the whole time he was serving us . We were offered water as soon as we arrived as it was a extremely hot day and then when our delivery guys showed up he also took water up for them.
Even when we realised our furniture wouldn't fit in the unit we hired and had to change to a bigger unit, 10 minutes before he was closing , George couldn't have been more helpful . He treated us like we were guests in his home.

I needed to move from one storage to another and came to Storage King in Smithfield. I was sold the moment I walked in! Both Michael and George were so attentive and friendly and were able to meet my needs then and there on the spot. I am so glad I made the move.Their customer service is hands down, the very best! Storage King in Smithfield is fairly new with quick lifts, smooth trolleys and a clean space. Definitely recommended for service and to keep your items clean and secure with easy to use facilities. Anticipating the need for storage because we will be moving. Storage King offered a range of options and flexibility to review your needs being able to up or down size simply.
We have heard good things and booked and signed up for modest space. The process was made easy by friendly helpful staff, today George and Michael looked after us.
With our first storage load done we are looking forward to revisiting frequently.

It was a very pleasant experience to be welcomed at storage king, and I was given an estimate on my storage space, which was the number one concern and my primary reason for contacting storage king. The lovely gentleman took me and showed the space size for the price available I got an exceptional price and whilst moving in was thinking it was a reasonable ask to hire the storage truck and was all but gifted as a complimentary service The self driven storage truck, exceptionally clean facilities with the modern concepts involved in moving your storage to be stored in the unit.
