utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

Grant was amazing, so helpful and assisted promptly as I wasn't sure what size I needed. I ended up changing size and he helped with the delivery process. Cannot thank him enough and just outstanding customer service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
I have to say I have experienced the best customer service from Grant that I have experienced in any customer service situation, EVER! Grant was kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help in every way! I used the Storage King as a warehousing type facility for our company and stored promotional and trade show material. So I needed someone to take the goods from the locker to the delivery person and back again. This is not a normal service that they provide, but Grant and Dixon did it. Not only did they do so, they always helped me as much as possible and went above and beyond whenever I needed help. You are a legend Grant! I can't thank you enough!!!!

Have looked after us in the past and it looked like we might need them again. I can't thank Manager Grant enough, so incredibly understanding and patient and helpful, and very mindful of everyone's individual circumstances. Along with superstar assistant Dixon this is a very powerful team and the owners can be proud that they have such sterling hard workers on their payroll. Storage King Wolloomooloo, help us very well by assisting our customer on short notice, we moved them from Vaucluse to Double Bay and the new house was a bit smaller, some of the items need to go to the storage, I called Storage King Wolloomooloo, the attendant "Grant" if I'm not wrong, was very helpful and sorted our customers' problem. I am exceptionally impressed and very grateful to Oli Woods who is the manager at Starage King Woolloomoloo. Oli's service and care was beyond anything I would have expected in the circumstances. Everything is difficult out there are the moment with COVID. We are moving and it is all very last minute. He jumped in to help personally when needed and provided strong advice and support. We must have called him half a dozen times and each time he took great interest and time. Further, when there was a problem with the delivery we needed (not his fault but due to covid affecting the delivery service), he personally put the various things we had ordered in his car and drove it to us himself! He then made sure that what could not fit in his car came the next day first thing the next morning. If he had not done all this our move would have been impossible. It is rare in this day and age to see someone go so far out of the way to provide service like this. Also, he has offered to help if we need anything else, including taking unused boxes back. I am so impressed I actually don't have words. Amazing and highly recommended.

The Woolloomooloo staff in particular Oli, but also Diego, deserve 20 stars for going above and beyond to help me. Honourable mentions to Lee, and to Alex who rearranged his day to make a special delivery to the crazy crying woman. During my packing and moving I urgently needed boxes and porta-robes and they made it happen in record time.
