I have to say I have experienced the best customer service from Grant that I have experienced in any customer service situation, EVER! Grant was kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help in every way! I used the Storage King as a warehousing type facility for our company and stored promotional and trade show material. So I needed someone to take the goods from the locker to the delivery person and back again. This is not a normal service that they provide, but Grant and Dixon did it. Not only did they do so, they always helped me as much as possible and went above and beyond whenever I needed help. You are a legend Grant! I can't thank you enough!!!!

These guys are always top notch.
Have looked after us in the past and it looked like we might need them again. I can't thank Manager Grant enough, so incredibly understanding and patient and helpful, and very mindful of everyone's individual circumstances. Along with superstar assistant Dixon this is a very powerful team and the owners can be proud that they have such sterling hard workers on their payroll. I had an uber loaded up with stuff and was worried about logistics but when I arrived they let me load my stuff straight into the storage unit before we sorted out details they were very friendly and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Storage King Wolloomooloo, help us very well by assisting our customer on short notice, we moved them from Vaucluse to Double Bay and the new house was a bit smaller, some of the items need to go to the storage, I called Storage King Wolloomooloo, the attendant "Grant" if I'm not wrong, was very helpful and sorted our customers' problem. Highly recommend using their facility.

I am exceptionally impressed and very grateful to Oli Woods who is the manager at Starage King Woolloomoloo. Oli's service and care was beyond anything I would have expected in the circumstances. Everything is difficult out there are the moment with COVID. We are moving and it is all very last minute. He jumped in to help personally when needed and provided strong advice and support. We must have called him half a dozen times and each time he took great interest and time. Further, when there was a problem with the delivery we needed (not his fault but due to covid affecting the delivery service), he personally put the various things we had ordered in his car and drove it to us himself! He then made sure that what could not fit in his car came the next day first thing the next morning. If he had not done all this our move would have been impossible. It is rare in this day and age to see someone go so far out of the way to provide service like this. Also, he has offered to help if we need anything else, including taking unused boxes back. I am so impressed I actually don't have words. Amazing and highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough about the superior service provided by staff at Storage King. The Woolloomooloo staff in particular Oli, but also Diego, deserve 20 stars for going above and beyond to help me. Honourable mentions to Lee, and to Alex who rearranged his day to make a special delivery to the crazy crying woman. During my packing and moving I urgently needed boxes and porta-robes and they made it happen in record time. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Storage King for their expertise and exceptional customer service. Thank you is not enough ❤️❤️❤️❤️
