1 star for the office hours. 8am-5:30pm make it all but useless on weekdays. Moving out of my home has been hell because of no evening access, so consider this when deciding if Alexandria is the right storage king for you

I am really thankful for Mark’s help, he’s really nice person, my scheduled truck service came late and he is very kind to wait the truck come with me. Also, he provided significant help on upgrading my storage room, and very patient on any steps of renting the new room. Mark really leave a wonderful impression for me, I will be liking to choose storage king Alexandria if I need to storage room, and the room is clean and private which make me feel safe on my property. We were clearly guided to our storage needs and prices, all up front. We really appreciate his timely support. I feel confident and at peace that my student materials are safely kept.
Storage is well maintained with very reasonable prices, and are within my student budget.

Friendly service. Reliable info.
Condition of storage facilities were good. Only issue was the layout of location of my unit, was all the way at the back and up a set of stairs. I don't think this was supposed to be the unit I was too get out that I looked at. But everything turned out ok in the end.
