If I could shout from the rooftops about my great experience with storage king Belconnen, I would!
I had a very complicated storage situation I was working through and started reaching out to places to get quotes. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Enter Amy from storage king Belconnen who called me and had all the patience in the world as I asked 1000 questions and worked through many different scenarios.
Over the following month Amy respectfully checked in to see how I was going working with others to get to a solution. She never pressured me (I was being relentlessly contacted by other storage places), answered my many, many questions on options and prices. E.g. we went large, then larger, then small, then bigger, then large, then just right…. About three times over and she was able to get me a brilliant price on a unit that will meet our needs. On top of the pricing the facilities location are fantastic.
Most importantly, Amy made a really stressful situation that much better and I am very grateful for her kindness, patience and her professionalism.

Moving house definitely gets 5 stars for stress!
Having taken the plunge to store emotionally valuable possessions, & chosen Storage King Belconnen, my anxiety level reduced significantly after only 5 minutes discussing options with the knowledgeable and friendly staff member. Incredible service, absolutely above and beyond.
Natalie and the team have gone out of thier way to accommodate my unique needs while also giving me the best price aswell.
They even managed to give me options as to which unit would suit me best even though they are 90% full.
Then they gave me extra time to move my things between units and remove my tiles stored outside.
They have done thier utmost to work with me and help me get the result that's was best or me and were super friendly and fun in the process.
Amy even told me last week that she loves her job because she has a chance to help people who come to Storage King during often adverse circumstances.
She said said she loves her job and it really shows too.
I so grateful for all the help and
I cannot speak highly enough of my Storage King experience. 👑
