I can highly recommend using Storage King Belconnen. Callum has been super supportive, very helpful and made the whole process of relocating and having my furniture in storage much less stressful than I was expecting it to be.

Bad when you don't use their storage anymore. They will try to take advantage from you as much as they can before you pay off Bad front receptionists and useless. I'm so disappointed because I had been pay quite bit more money to rent their storage for 7 months but not anymore with them in future.

I was worried about how to get a sewing machine safely from Canberra to Salamander Bay. Callum at Belconnen, and Michael at Mitchell, made it happen without drama. They both went out of their way to assist. Communication every step of the way was excellent. Friendly assistance from Rob at Salamander made it a perfect transit.
Thank you gentlemen for all your help. I appreciate it.

I walked in late afternoon and made enquiries of space and costs and was attended to, most professionally.
All I wanted to know, was thoroughly explained to me and presented upfront; very especially, an insurance premium that I would independently decide on, based on my needs.
With a most competitive pricing and convenience of location with ease of access, I had to look no further.
I had walked in with intending to find out more after having done the basic search online. I had to look no further!
Their friendly and respectful staff made my visit comfortable, being open to more of my questions on length of storage time and incurring any addtional costs and answered me very clearly. I was reassured from the answers given that I was at the right place!
I was pleasantly offered that if needed, they even had their very own transport contacts for my move of items and an immediate contact was made by Callum, the Manager attending to me.
All in all, the space I needed with a most competitive pricing, ease of move and being attended to with prompt and friendly advice, I moved my items in storage, to Kings Storage at Belconnen the very next morning.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone seeking storage and say look no further!

Car has to be registered to be able to park it there and not use it what a joke so you have to continue to out rego on a car your not using and pay to store it will not recommend this place to anyone at all

Arranging a storage unit was very easy, then when I realised I had twice as much stuff, the second one , right next door was added on quickly with a single signature. 24 hour access is a bonus.

Great service until I realised the monthly automatic deduction had continued a month after I finished using the storage. Apparently me booking the service for 2 months and reserving the truck for move out, its still up to the customer confirm the service is no longer required.
