The experience from start to finish was easy and I continually encountered friendly service. When booking the unit (centralised booking) I was made aware of a better priced option that was available to me and tbh I thought the location wasn’t going to be good based on the deal value! On arrival/ check in I couldn’t have been happier; the unit was easily accessible, clean, well lit and I was led to the unit like a guest in a 5 star hotel! Subsequent access to the unit was easy, even during out of office hours. Security felt good too.
Finalisation of the account was also met with absolute politeness even though we only had the unit for a short time. Rarely do you encounter service like this these days. Well done Storage King Belconnen!

I would love to give a huge shout out to the staff at Belconnen Storage kings, a big big shout out to Natalie and Tayli - Tayli for putting up with my ridiculous questions and being so kind and patient with me but for also having a sense of humor - but also to Natalie, there really are not enough words to sum up just how well she represents this company, to say she goes above and beyond doesn’t say enough, to say she is professional doesn’t say enough but recently I had a really tricky time storage wise - Natalie handled everything with such kindness and grace and absolutely proved when things gets a bit tough that she could run that business with her eyes closed, and I would have full trust and confidence in her ability to make the best judgment calls and that she knows the business inside out. It truly amazes me how well the team know every detail of how Belconnen storage kings runs, I for the life of me can’t retain information, dates, passwords and not only has Natalie been so kind and bubbly, and helpful but has never once made me feel like a pain. The world needs more employees like the ones at storage kings, they make everything so easy ! So once again 10/10/10 all round and 5 full stars, amazing work by Natalie and the team, I hope they all get a huge shout out from the boss because they really deserve it ! I couldn’t be more grateful for the team and their work.

If I could shout from the rooftops about my great experience with storage king Belconnen, I would!
I had a very complicated storage situation I was working through and started reaching out to places to get quotes. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Enter Amy from storage king Belconnen who called me and had all the patience in the world as I asked 1000 questions and worked through many different scenarios.
Over the following month Amy respectfully checked in to see how I was going working with others to get to a solution. She never pressured me (I was being relentlessly contacted by other storage places), answered my many, many questions on options and prices. E.g. we went large, then larger, then small, then bigger, then large, then just right…. About three times over and she was able to get me a brilliant price on a unit that will meet our needs. On top of the pricing the facilities location are fantastic.
Most importantly, Amy made a really stressful situation that much better and I am very grateful for her kindness, patience and her professionalism.
