Excellent staff. Nothing is too much trouble, they even booked my taxi to the airport for me. Hassle free access with pin codes and an easy process to extend the length of time I needed. Couldn't recommend enough

I am a very happy customer of Storage King Bentley. I stored there for the past 4 months.The facilities where excellent and very secure. The process was hassle free, the manager Lynette took the time to explain the ins and out and was most helpful. I would highly recommend Storage King for all your storage and moving needs.

We made an enquiry but ended up being a satisfied customer after meeting and discussing with Lynette, the Manager. She was very helpful and provided assistance all the way until we managed to bring our household items safely stored in the storage. She even recommended the removers (Luiz and Gabriel) which we were impressed with their attitude and work rate. We wouldn't hesitate to make a strong recommendation for anyone who is looking for storage.

I have just started a 3 month storage contract with Lynnette at Storage King, who could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Baia Dankie L. If it starts like this, I have great hope for 3 months time when we collect our Motor-home and Car.

I am a very satisfied customer of Kings storage. Always willing and goes beyond call of duty to help their customers. I store at the Bentley Storage facility. The manager is so helpful and I would not go anywhere. The security is of very high standards.I'm really getting 2 more facilities in the same storage. A very happy customer. Excellent service at all times. Understands your needs. What more?

This place is amazing. Very helpful and understanding staff. They will try and do anything they can to help you out. Always service with a smile. The place is clean and well planned. Ease of access to your storage and the feeling that it is safe; but you can access your stuff anytime. Thanks guys!!

I can’t reccomend storage king enough! I have never used a storage locker before so I was a bit nervous - but the process was made so easy and simple by all the staff. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so accommodating and straightforward, and when I arrived Lynette was extremely helpful, friendly, and lovely. The facilities are really clean and secure - and the whole process has been so straight forward and stress free! Thanks Storage King & Lynette

Staff are very friendly and happy to assist however they can (particularly the Store Manager Lynette). Very happy with the service and storage so far, particularly as it has gone from short to long term. Good clean storage units with decent size. Staff very friendly and quick to help. They even gave me some free boxes because I was a student, which is lovely. Only issue was that the lock was a bit stiff and hard to open.

Chris has been very helpful. In fact he went beyond what he needed to do for us. It is highly uncommon to come across storage businesses that gave us the time and space needed to store and sort our goods and shattles as he did. We now have a storage unit to store our personal gear while we are traveling and feel confident that it is safe and secure

Secure premises; clean and pristine - like new; trolleys located at easy access points to help move boxes from your car to the unit!!

Is storage from outside looks new even inside too. Both Chris and Narelle were so friendly and helpful even patiently explain everything as a customer need and should know such as procedures to renting storage, showing me where is my storage room, guide me how to operate lift (as I renting upstairs), trolley provided for customer handy moving goods to my storage, and most importantly explaining how is their security system working for those who renting Storage King. The whole process is simple, easy to apply, and make me feel safe if I renting staorage with Storage King in Bentley.

The price is the best around!!!!!!! Very affordable for moving on a small buget.
First time using of any type of storage facility.
Outstanding customer service over the phone all questions answered and definitely helpful for first time using of storage unit eg size didnt have a clue what size i would need, with a couple of questions the lady new exactly what size we needed.
Outstanding front counter customer service.
Easy process and so frendly.
Walked us through everything we need to know and fixed up anything that was needed.
Amazing facilities clean and moden.
Definitely will use these guys again.
