This is our 2nd time using Storage King Browns Plains and would highly recommend if you require storage. Tanielle & Marissa were fantastic they went above and beyond to assist with anything and everything. They are friendly and professional. I hired a storage at browns plains for a while and I never had any troubles. Thanks to Tennille for helping us find the best storage unit for our stuff until we moved into our house. it was a very simple process to organise the storage for us and she made it super easy and was very proffesional, and good for a laugh at the same time, which made for a great experience. I forgot some of my stuff at the storage on the day we were leaving and they kept it safe for us more than two weeks until we came back to pick it up. Thank you tennille and Gwen for today. cheers.

I hired a storage at browns plains for a while and I never had any troubles. Thanks to Tennille for helping us find the best storage unit for our stuff until we moved into our house. it was a very simple process to organise the storage for us and she made it super easy and was very proffesional, and good for a laugh at the same time, which made for a great experience. Extremely clean storage unit and common areas.
Excellent customer service where Gwen went out of her way to help us in a bind when we were delayed. Paperwork was handled efficiently and out of hours storage access was easy.

Sorry for this late review.. I guess late is better than no review hehe. Anyways it's been a month now since I've used King storage browns Plains and no amount of words or gratitude can express how much of an awesome experience and support Tenille gave us on the day we moved in. Awesome and great customer service and always with a smile and no problems attitude. We even brought the trailer back like really late and way past her finish time but yet she didn't show any anger but just smiles and an amazing attitude that just made my day. I Just want to say thank you so much for making our move-in day so easy and stress-free. Advanced Merry Christmas and a happy new year

Even though we had a little hiccup gaining access the first time the staff in particular Tennille went out of their way to help us. The staff have been welcoming and friendly throughout the whole process. The facility is always clean, well lit and easy to access.

Kevin and I moved to Wodonga and stored our furniture at Kings Browns Plains and from the first contact we got all the help and advise we needed from the staff. Tameke and Todd were very helpful and our removal to Victoria was smooth and organised. Thank you guys for all your help.
