I googled Storage near me, I was very fortunate to receive a suggestion to Storage King Brunswick East. From the moment I stepped foot on the premises provided me with outstanding customer service with a capital C. Colin the right size Storage with all the right supports need to pack things well safely and securely. Efforts to assist me were faultless.
Six months later, I was ending the tenancy in the storage unit. That’s when I met Katlyn, she was fantastic and helped get all my belongings to the car.
Storage King East Brunswick are competitively priced and exceeded every aspect of customer service. Give them a go I’d say.

Popped in today to the box shop to pick up some items for our move where we were warmly greeted by Kayla. Absolutely sensational customer service, Kayla was so helpful and has such an great positive attitude.

I recently moved my 1bed apartment into a unit at Storage King (Brunswick East). Colin and Kayla made the process so easy and provided a lot of assistance. On the day of my move, Colin really went above and beyond to ensure my items were moved into the unit and stored correctly, even staying back after hours to ensure this was completed correctly. Colin really does look after his customers and Storage King is a company I have already recommended highly to my friends. The customer support/Service is next level and not matched elsewhere.

Colin and his team were amazingly helpful. Colin was suggested to me by the great team from Fairfield S.K, - as able to help me with a unique challenge - somewhere to store my treasured 1968 caravan. As soon as I spoke to Colin, I was so glad I called and he so was friendly and understanding of my need for solution asap. He also understood that my caravan was very precious to me and part of a bigger picture plan, that was also very important to me. He managed to help with the big part, that was causing me stress, at the time. When I arrived with my van, Colin even patiently helped guide, my many attempts, to reverse the van into place. If he had not be willing to help me; by finding me a spot and helping me reverse, I would have had to put my van on the street and worried about the van everyday. Also, people often do not realise, that behind the need for storage, there can often be a difficult or challenging reason. In my experience with Storage King Brunswick, they definitely took the time to listen and understand the big picture and help out by going above and beyond. I will absolutely be recommending both Brunswick East and Fairfield.

For what is just a massive money hungry business I was so thrilled to be greeted with such a smile and enthusiasm from Collin! Collin has made the process seamless and easy. He is the reason I decided to go with this company instead of a competitor. The facility is clean and tidy and really easy to navigate. Collin has created a family feel within the facility and as a direct result everyone is friendly and engages in conversation.

The epitome of customer service, customer care, professionalism, attention to detail, and fairness. I can not recommend Storage King Brunswick East ENOUGH for the way Colin, the manager, listened to me and helped calmly problem-solve my storage needs.
The right size unit was worth waiting for (they're a popular location!), they have secure access to the car park and secure roller doors to the premises. There is a lift and trolleys available to help move between floors if you're upatairs.
If it were not for Colin's exemplary attitude then I'd not be storing my most personal items with them.
Colin as Manager leads by example, and sets a high standard for his whole team, and those who I've talked to have been pleasant. His genuine nature and experience is a tonic in the world of Storage, when customers are most likely in transition/flux/depending on a number of chain links to all flow together. Additionally, Colin's professionalism specifically led me to suggest Storage King Hume (ACT) for a friend and the manager there, Jordan, is also due a 5 star review (either from me or my friend who now has a unit there).
In my experience it's rare to not feel "ripped off", or doubtful when it comes to selecting storage, and D-Day it is often a logistical work of art and a big mental load - which I can honestly say, Colin helped alleviate with his forethought, advice, considerate nature, and experience. I could not speak more highly of him, and the business he represents based on the last three months of interactions and last couple of weeks of moving in. I wish that customer service in removal and storage businesses overall was as professional, reliable, warm, honest, and reassuring as the standard set by Storage King Brunswick East. Thank you.
