Where to start. During a difficult time in my life I needed to organise important things as well as just stuff, quickly, safely and cheaply, into storage. I did not know how long it will be or future logistics. Colin, from the first inquiry made everything possible. He cares, he listens he offers solutions and he keeps his word. As a salesman myself I can tell he is second to none. And as a human being he is just a bright star for all of us to emulate. Months down the line now and he is still offering the best customer experience and offering solutions. Help people and the money and business will follow. Don't look anywhere else but these guys. I was Storing at Storage King 9 Moreland Brunswick East . And had our house hold items there for over 1 year and when look to store the items I rang around and Colin the manager was so helpful and even subjected a transport company the place is keep very clean and dry but the whole experience was not stressful with Colin and Annabelle both where swear of my needs and when it came time to move the item to our new place Colin again got us a good removalist and they did the job on time and Colin even called them to make sure they where on the way .
Colin and Annabell are the nicest people carrying people I have met in Melbourne and Storage King should be proud they have such lovely people working for them

Colin and Annabell do an excellent job running Storage King Brunswick East. They’re always professional, approachable, and ready to help whether it’s giving advice, accepting my deliveries and placing them into my unit, or assisting drivers with pickups.
After moving my business from National Storage to Storage King, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The difference in service and support has been clear from day one. The facility is very clean, well managed, and a great hub for small businesses in the area. Plus the location is super convenient and close to everything.
Highly recommend Storage King Brunswick East for anyone looking for reliable storage and outstanding customer care.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received from Annabelle when setting up my storage unit. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding to my needs. Took the time to personally shown me the unit and how to use the complex. (Also reassured me that everything would fit, which it did!) Collin is also great with a thorough understanding of the industry and super friendly. I felt a real sense of community engagement from both of them and enjoyed a couple of laughs. We’ve been using Storage King Brunswick East for quite a while now, and we honestly couldn’t ask for better support. Colin, the manager, is an absolute standout. He consistently goes above and beyond for our team at Maverick, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
As an events agency situated primarily in NSW, having reliable support on the ground in Melbourne is essential—and Colin has been exactly that. Whether it’s accommodating last-minute changes, coordinating access, or just being incredibly reliable and easy to deal with. I’m not a direct customer but am definitely keeping these guys in mind if I ever need storage in the future, clean facilities and the guys there are so helpful! I want to shout out to Colin Fikiris in particular, when I was helping my mate move last week he went above and beyond for us
He provided us with both physical support and encouragement while we were moving my mates items into the truck and even cleaned up after us after we accidentally dropped one of the boxes
To top it off he had left us with his details before his shift wrapped up in case we needed anything

From the first point of contact and the way they remember you and greet you, no question is too hard, they are willing and happy to help you. I put my belongings into storage 2 months ago at Storage King in Brunswick East and I can’t speak highly enough about the manager Colin. From the moment my friend and I arrived Colin went above and beyond to look after us. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care really stood out.
What could have been a stressful experience was made easy — and even fun — thanks to Colin. He had a great rapport with the customers before us too sharing a laugh and helping everyone feel at ease. It’s clear he brings that same energy and attention to everyone he deals with.
If you’re looking for storage and want someone who will truly go the extra mile I highly recommend Storage King Brunswick East. Colin will look after you and make the whole process smooth and even enjoyable.

After a burglary in my apartment’s storage cage, I knew I needed a better solution for storing my new motorcycle, and Storage King has been the perfect choice. The facility is top-notch, with alarmed unit doors and multiple secure entry points, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my bike is safe. The place is always spotless, and the level of care they put into maintaining it is obvious.
Colin, the manager, is an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help me out, offering fantastic customer service. He was super friendly and professional, and honestly, I was sold as soon as I met him. He even gave me his personal number for any emergencies, whether it’s seeing something suspicious or needing help after hours. I ended up signing up right then and there. On the flip side, National Storage didn’t even bother sending me a quote, staff were clueless and didn’t offer 24-hour access, which was a deal breaker for me.
Honestly, Storage King's got great service, secure storage, and a really clean environment, all for a reasonable price. I’m so glad I went with them, and I feel much better knowing my bike’s secure.

5 stars for Colin as per my original review below, but for Storage King the company, two years later at 2025 the pattern of increasing pricing and the size getting smaller, means three stars. It's become an unrealistic option for those impacted by the low rental and job markets.
Secure access to the car park and secure roller doors to the premises. There is a lift and trolleys available.
The epitome of customer service, customer care, professionalism. I recommend Storage King Brunswick East for the way Colin, the manager, listens to customers and helps problem-solve storage needs.
If it were not for Colin's exemplary attitude then I'd not be storing personal items with them.
Colin as Manager leads by example, setting a high standard for his whole team. His experience is invaluable in this industry because customers are most likely in transition/flux, dependent on a number of chain links to all flow together.
Additionally, Colin's professionalism led me to suggest Storage King Hume (ACT) & the manager there, Jordan is also due a 5 star review (from Dale who now has a unit there).
In my experience it's rare to not feel "ripped off" or uncertain when choosing storage, the logistics often a big mental load - which I can honestly say, Colin helped alleviate with his forethought, advice, and experience. I could not speak more highly of his professionalism.
