Last minute decision to move everything into a storage space. Venu was fantastic to deal with and was even able to lend us a free truck that made moving very easy. He was helpful with any questions we had. The storage units are vey clean, tidy and easy to access. Very glad we went with them as this was our first time using a storage provider.

I'm very appreciative of the friendly and helpful service provided by Gary and his team at Storage King Castle Hill. Under Stage 4 Covid restrictions, I'm currently stuck in Melbourne and required the contents of my storage unit to be shipped down, Gary worked with me to ensure the process went smoothly in what could have been quite a stressful situation. My furniture has been in storage for 5 years and there has never been a problem. Always friendly and attentive service. Thank you!

I needed to store my cars urgently and at an eleventh hour I was advised to try out Storage King and this is where I met lovely Cheryl. She showed me the spots for my cars. The whole process that I went through with her wasnt about selling the spots to me knowing that I needed the spaces urgently, rather she took her time to understand more of my circumstances and even provided me alternatives if placing the cars over at Storage King wasnt the option. This does not happen very often to anyone esp. in the sales and service industry. Eventually I took up both spaces and had everything sorted out and off I went on my holidays knowing my cars were in good hands and came back 6 weeks later to pick up the cars. I could have gone to other storage facility and probably stored my cars as safe as they were at Storage King. However, its people like Cheryl thats rare in the industry that convinced me that I am in good hands. Thanks Cheryl and I will certainly be using this facility again.

Storage King Castle Hill made my moving experience so easy. From the boxes to packing tape Shannon helped me through it. Even the actual move was simple Shannon calculated exactly how much storage space I’d need.
Even the cost is reasonable which I wasn’t expecting as everyone tells you “how expensive storage is”. It was a pleasant surprise & definitely affordable.
