Staff went above and beyond for us today. I’m so incredibly impressed and so thankful. Moving is so stressful and they problem solved for us and were so generous. Absolutely recommend these guys to anyone moving or needing supplies.

We stored our furniture in Storage King Cleveland for 7 months total. When the removalists collected our furniture they notified us of the worst mould issue they had ever seen. This led to many items and furniture having to be taken to the tip.
Unfortunately we did not take out insurance due to the high cost of it, and understand that the period of storage was a wet season. However, when we spoke to the manager on the facility they said that there was no moisture leaks in their units, and they would not help us because we did not have insurance. She was very abrupt in her dealing of the situation also.
I would highly recommend that people who use Storage King Cleveland take out insurance as you may need it.
