I have found Storage King at Cleveland to be extremely professional. Sandi was such a wonderful help during a very stressful time, I would highly recommend using them. I have used their facilities in the past and each time they have been great to deal with. Their customer service is exceptional.

Received excellent service from Storage King Cleveland, Nikki and Sandy are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, Not only did they recommend the right size units for my needs, they helped me with all the boxes and packing materials i needed for my move, and on top of that recommended me a great local removal company.

We were told by someone in head office unaware of Storage King Cleveland’s new hours that they were still open on Sunday until 1. We arrived around 12 and head office called your receptionist Sandy to ask where she was.
Sandy went out of her way, to come into work at 1:30pm on her day off to get our paperwork signed for us so we could move our stuff into our new storage locker, and upgraded us to a bigger one. She did all of this with a smile on her face, and apologised to us when the mistake wasn’t even a fault of her own. She truely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us, and we are so grateful for her doing so. Would recommend this service to anyone

I have been a customer at the Cleveland facility for several years, the staff are super friendly and cater to my business needs with a smile and an attitude of no effort at all. I would recommend storage here for the best service and value for money out there.

From the second I walked in I was welcomed to the business and greeted by Sandy, she was absolutely amazing, I thought I needed a half a garage and Sandy saved me money by getting me into a smaller and better size unit.
Sandy’s service was A Class and will recommend then to everyone just on Sandy’s Customer service alone!

If you're looking at this review then you may be in need of storage. I can tell you from my first hand experience that you simply cant go past choosing Storage King at Cleveland! The staff members, Sandy & Nicki are simply awesome and a genuine pleasure to deal with!
They're professional, courteous, knowledgeable and both Sandy & Nicki went out of their way to ensure I was more than happy with the product, the service and the price!
Nothing was ever an issue for these for guys and I highly recommend giving the ladies at Storage King Cleveland a call, just like I did!

This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. One of the women that works there should not be dealing with the public at all. She is rude and abrupt on the phone and in person.

Would never use this business again. Spent >$200 with them on various packing supplies and when I wanted to return unused items that were not required they refused blaming the computer system.

Recently took up a long term storage here. The manager was great , had several recommendations for hire of transport and removal companies. Price was significantly better than several other local storage companies

Great service, friendly staff, excellent deals and great price! I moved interstate and the staff at Cleveland storage king were happy to answer all my questions and made the transition super easy! I knew my belongings were in safe hands with the staff at Cleveland. I would definitely use them again for my storage needs!

My experience with Storage King has been satisfying from the get-go. They are straight up about their pricing - compare that with some of the other businesses which hide behind annoying online Quote Request forms.
Access is easy, and the storage space itself is well lit and ventilated. They're happy for you to put free-standing shelving (eg: hammer-lock style) in your room, which is a great way to really cram stuff in there efficiently!

Great team, very helpful and quick with responding.
Only downside of this facility is the lack of notification to customers regarding shared driveways, Saturdays can be a nightmare as people will regularly take too larger truck up and block up for hours - have been stuck there on more than one occasion waiting for up to an hour to get out. Also the auto lights are very slow to respond despite jumping up and down like a circus clown...no doubt provides for entertainment on the security cam!
